Colombia has recently change the rules to come into the country, a form has to be filled up 24 hrs prior departure or you will be left in the place of origin. CheckMig gets continuously frozen even with excellent WiFi conexión and the process has to start all over again, I am not joking I had to restart CheckMig at least 6 times before I could finish our process.
We saw people at the airport feeling out and with reason because they were unable to conclude their process.
Also if you are flying with minors you have to register supposedly with an adult but there is a pint where CheckMig stops and takes you nowhere I was unable to register my baby girl and was almost left in Mexico because of this I could see her on my online app but the email would not come for her .....
is a total desastre ..... super slow gets, gets frozen is very very stressful

Well... it doesn’t work. Which means if you depend on it you won’t be able to check in and you will miss your flight. Read the reviews. It has happened to many. The incompetent Colombian government can’t program its way out of a paper bag yet they feel justified in this requirement. The only other route is the horrible this app website. I got it done there after several attempts and crashes.

CheckMig is pretty bad. I used an iPhone. When you select the type of transportation you’re using you’ll probably select comercial air. The problem with that is that CheckMig bugs out and doesn’t let you advance. Hit the back button and select private then hit next. Then hit the back button again and select commercial air. You’ll be able to bypass that option now. From there, everything was pretty smooth.

CheckMig is not only full of bugs and hard to navigate from one page to the next, but also does not always guarantees you to receive the so needed confirmation email, leaving you with no options as you can’t do another check-in!

So can’t say don’t download it, because you are required to, I just wish you better luck than me!

CheckMig does not work nor does the web site. You’ll enter all of your data, answer all of the questions and get to the end only to be left with no way to continue, no email, nothing! Out of five attempts and 45 minutes wasted it may possibly work. Again, app or web site. I live in Colombia and have used Check-Mig s’more than 100 times … it is absolutely terrible. Embarrassingly bad. ☹️

I would have to say that I have never downloaded an app so useless as this one. I tried opening it and all I get is a blue screen and back to my home screen on my phone. I also tried it through the web page and it would just freeze. My son is suppose to travel and I need it to complete the forms. I tried contacting them, e-mails but all I get is dead ends. No purpose yet we needed to do important process.

I can’t believe a whole country is unable to have contingency measure when their app does not work . They didn’t let me travel because CheckMig and the website to submit the questionnaire does not work . No way of a paper questionnaire. It is unacceptable. And CheckMig shouldn’t even be allowed to be in the AppStore . It doesn’t provide any value .

CheckMig or their check mig website does not work. It’ll let me fill out everything abs when I try to send in my registration, it gives me an error. I have tried with different websites, different devices and it still does not work. There’s no way to contact them and explain the situation. Very frustrating

Need to fill this out to enter AND leave... fine! But it resets repeatedly, right when you get to the end and you have to start over. Its 3 hours later and I need to wake up in 5 hours to board my flight and cant board without filling it out... guess Im up all night hoping to finish it without it reseting again!

The developers who made this application need to be fired. Who makes an entry application app that doesn’t work? I almost couldn’t get on my flight because I didn’t get a confirmation email!!!! I wish anyone luck who has to use this application to get into Colombia, because it’s what you’re going to need.

Would give negative rating if possible. Unfortunately Colombia does not have a better option at the moment, CheckMig is trash. No other option if traveling with American Airlines. Colombia needs to drop CheckMig. There is no one to call and clear this issue.

I have tried filling this out hundreds of times but it does not work. Please do something about it or use paper form as backup. Yet they will not accept there is a flaw in CheckMig at airports

Will not accept my flight number. Was told to “make one up.” That worked but then it won’t let me select a country of departure. Sounds like no one has been able to get it to work properly.

CheckMig does not work and the site not not work. Freezes constantly. Not sure how to fill this form out if it works no where.

The application is very badly done and doesn’t work in English. Please either improve it or remove it at all.

Missed my flight to Bogotá thanks to this stressful and useless app. Please fix CheckMig or do paper and pen form to fill out. Would be much easier. Thank you.

Drop downs don’t work, entry’s don’t stay. It doesn’t even have a drop down the USA! The push buttons don’t work. Nothing works!

Esta aplicación y la página es una BASURA, lenta, caída y NO SIRVE!! Saquen vainas que funcionen o quiten esta vaina!!
