We filled out the forms,got approved, get to customs in Cartegena Colombia. The custom officer says it is a scam,had to repay. Now am waiting for a refund,but only getting half back ,they say administration fees apply Don't uss this site.

I have been trying to contact customer service support for a few hours but it has been impossible, my family is going to travel tomorrow and while processing the check-mig we mixed some personal information so we need to get it corrected but when we try to do it, it just asks to contact customer support.

It says Ive already preregisteredx my info but I haven't and haven't recieved a confirmation email.

I am trying to pre registration it's saying that it is not possible to send pre-registration since I already have a record with the same travel data and that I should verify the information. This is my first time using this and I have not received any confirmation about this data.

Its asking for the flight number into Bogota. I'm putting in the correct flight number from Atlanta to Bogota but says the scale was not found and to enter another flight number. But THAT IS MY FLIGHT NUMBER. Is the a phone number I can call?

Hello, I’m flying tomorrow to Columbia from Panama, I fill up the check mig form correctly and got a message that everything been loaded successfully BUT I never received any confirmation number or anything to my email.

As a Colombian citizen, I feel ashamed for the poor quality of this app and of the bureaucrats who created it and “managed”it. I have been trying to fill out The inmigration form, in different PCs and cell Phones, for more than three hours. This, in order to return home after some weeks overseas. The chairman of Migration Colombia should have resigned to his post, long time ago!!!

La peor experiencia de internet que he tenido en mi vida. A punto de llorar! Los enlaces están al lado derecho por fuera de la pagina y se mueven por toda la pagina. Por esto a veces no los ves y es imposible saber si te registraste o no. Lo que recomiendo es hacerlo en un teléfono celular, así puede ver los enlaces para continuar y terminar el registro en la misma pantalla y sin que se muevan. Si no eta seguro de que se registro correctamente vaya a check mig y vera que no lo encuentran :) Hasta que no hayan terminado en una pagina donde hay que aceptar términos y un captcha (donde la caja para aceptar los términos no se ve en un computador y escasamente en un celular) no se han registrado. La aplicación se demora en responder cuando finalmente puedes enviar el registro pero deben recibir una caja de dialogo diciéndoles que han enviado confirmación al email. Si no ven esto no están registrados y no les va a llegar la confirmación. Este es el peor sitio de web que he visto en mi vida. Dure casi 3 horas pero logre registrarme finalmente después de mucho tratar.

I was not allowed to board the airplane to Colombia because I did not have the travel from I do not have a cell phone. Your website does not work correctly so I cannot get the form. My ticket was over $1000 and it is not refundable. I rescheduled for tomorrow. Please help as soon as possible or I will lose my money and have to cancel my vacation.

american airline no me deja salir del Pais si no tengo lo correcto pagina. perdí mi vuelo por esta porqueriza de pagina que dice que estoyregistrada pero no sale nada. esta pagina e lo peor para check in immigration.

Nunca he visto nada mas aberrante. Salgo manana para Colombia, American Airlines ni siquiera me deja hacer el check in on line a no ser que tenga los documentos de Migración Colombia. Nos tienen a todos completamente amarrados. Una empleada de AA estuvo DOS HORAS conmigo en el teléfono y no logramos nada, hasta que por fin salió un aviso que dice que la pagina no 'esta disponible debido a reparaciones' Conclusion: Estan obstruyendo un proceso tan simple como es el Check in para imprimir el pasabordo, a cambio de probablemente perder el vuelo. Se darán cuenta del perjuicio que nos estan causando? Por que todo tiene que ser un problema?

I need to have 3 check mig documents for my flight the 10th of this month. After seeing all the negative comments I am wondering if I will have problems also. People are actually turned away from boarding? I had to purchase tickets before filling out the form and that was over 4.000usd. I notice there's no phone number to call if I do have a problem and I see complaints but no comments as to weather the problem ever gets corrected. I do notice slot of people not very happy because they list their ticket money. Can you let me know asap if there are remedies if I fall into these problems

I'm having the same issue as most other users. USA does not populate in the list of countries, therefore, it is IMPOSSIBLE to complete the registration. I am within the timeframe of my departing flight from the U.S. How can we resolve this issue? This is a huge problem and I've been reading in many forums that it is an issue with app and with the Check-Mig website in general.

I'm experiencing the same problem as most of you...filled out online Check-Mig form waited for email confirmation and received nothing in return. I initially filled out the form the night before my flight..then again just hours before my flight again no success. Has anyone been able to have this issue resolved?

My country of origin is United States of America and it is not showing. Please let me know how to either find it or what to do.

We can't accept the final confirmation since we alraedy have a confirmation pending, which we do not, this is the first time we use the app (have tried phone and web-service)

This app is a joke. I entered my information it gave me a confirmation with a departure date of 3/01/0001. The agent didn't let me board. Anyone with a right mind should know that this is not a valid date and an app error. Missed my flight, wasted time and money. This is terrible

La aplicación no funciona! No deja registrar origen , ni itinerario ni escalas ! Luego se quedaba en blanco y se reinicia sola ! Si van a exigir algo verifiquen al menos que funcione!

And by the way I love Colombia and the culture but the Colombian government needs to better so we all win what wrong with filling out a paper form and I missed the opportunity to spend Christmas with my Colombian girlfriend and her family because the check- mig is a bad app is buggy it’s broken so please either get rid of this app and replace it with something better or just use a paper form and I never got a confirmation email from check- which is required to have before the flight please do what is right and fix this app or replace it with something better and please do not do what is easy by ignoring the problem and updating the app so you can review everything before making the final confirmation tab would be a nice thing to do

Missed my flight because this app is broken what do you mean I can’t register again? I never got a confirmation email when I did this through the app and website I wanted to see my girlfriend who resides in Colombia never got to see her because the check-mig app is garbage learn to make apps better and not broken how are we supposed to travel if we get no confirmation email from you? Please either stop using this app as a requirement or replace it with something better or better yet have all travelers fill out a form upon arrival and exit from your country that would work so much better pen and paper
