I watched the drone come to my house, but it would only give me one option for a drop zone. That drop zone was in the middle of some trees. If it would’ve let me move the yellow dot drop over 10 feet. It would’ve been an open area. this is a horrible app and a bad way to start the new drone delivery service.

I got an email that said the problem had been fixed, but when the drones came here, one of them left without dropping the package, but then the other one dropped the package. Now Wing is telling me it cannot drop packages here. If I could give it zero stars I would.

We tried the delivery out with the free cookies. My boys were so excited! They thought this was the coolest thing ever. The delivery was here so fast and went perfectly.

Update: I’ve used the service a few times. Today they ran out of something and cancelled my order. Then I placed another order and they just never sent anything, then they eventually cancelled it. The problem is: there’s no way to communicate with anyone. If there’s a problem, you send an email.

After a few months, this app finally got my drop location fixed, so that I could receive deliveries. I wish it would have been correct initially (kept trying to deliver in my neighbor’s driveway), so I could have been one of the first and received a free snack. 😁
I would recommend you all do an update to your maps. My house doesn’t look the same since we removed trees last year.
It was fast and delivered a few minutes before the ETA, but I’m pleased. This will certainly help when I’m craving some Turtles or M&Ms and don’t feel like driving to the store.

If I’m reviewing Wing , it’s great. Very easy to use, nice interface, simple, accurate. The service is crazy cool…a drone brings you stuff from the store! (Walmart) Only problem is you can only get a couple things at a time. Basically you can get items for lunch for a couple people. It’s pretty much just a novel, fun thing to do. Not useful for getting actual groceries.

This was very cool! I forgot to get sour cream for dinner, so I said, let me try Wing. All the neighbors were watching. Ended up sending a little box of treats for the neighbor boy skims our pool. You can track the delivery real time so of course we were all out waiting for it. This is going to be my new hobby sending things to people in the neighborhood lol.

Unlike others who probably phones too full of pictures or other issues our order worked perfect. GPS was real time as we watched it head our way from Walmart. 11 min form order to drop. Near trees on a hill no issues. Loud as a Phantom Pro. No biggie at all. Delivered cookies and water bottle, heavier than I thought and no issue! Thanks!!!

This was our first drone delivery. I’m so impressed. it took approximately eight minutes to deliver product from my local Walmart. there’s no way I could have gone to Walmart Walmart picked up the same items and returned back to my house in this timeframe. They did it about half the time.
It’s really cool because I see the potential in this delivery system in the future.

We love the convenience of having items that we needed last minute dropped off directly to our yard. Although I have had quite a few canceled orders, I still love this feature. The only negative thing I would say is not knowing if your order will be delivered or canceled even if it says the items is in stock.

Just ordered the free cookies, which btw is incredibly generous to give a BIG pack of Oreo’s. I wish there was slightly more selection (Doritos, the 3 packs of cookies from the Walmart bakery and maybe more candy options). But this is new and I expect more will be added over time. Amazing experience and can’t wait to order again when my wife gets home to see it

Fun for the whole family! My friends and family enjoy watching the items be delivered. It is nice when I need one or two things but I don’t want to drive to the store. The estimated time is not always accurate when the order is on the heavier side but it’s still a new program and I understand it can’t be perfect yet. I’m looking forward to how this app will progress in the future!

I’m in the testing zone of DFW this app service (Walmart) and let me tell you, I love it!!! It is such a great concept that I think will make a huge difference in the lives of those that use it.

I can’t wait to see this service expand into other spaces such as food delivery. I just love the convenience and wish I could order everything via drone 😂.

Kids love to see the drone delivering stuff too. One thing that I think would be great though is if they started a recycling service for the little handle that comes with the bags - it’s so sturdy that I feel bad throwing it away.

I’ve had an amazing time with my first couple orders from this app! Sick? Grab medicine without leaving the house and have it in your backyard in 12 minutes! Craving a snack? Easily grab a pack of cookies, or even an apple or- a whole bunch of bananas! Every delivery has been an absolute adventure for my three year old to witness, and I think we are making it a habit : ) If you haven’t yet- please try it out for yourself! You won’t be disappointed!

The drones perfectly put it into the same place everytime with the same prices at store and add a whole free bottle of water. You also get free cookies of your choice on your first order. Now I’m seeing this 10$ off thing and I gotta say this stuff is cool, saves money, it’s efficient, and you get more than what u would pay for at the store. No driving, no using gas, no getting ready, just order a drone or multiple and it’ll be done in 20 min max.

this app delivery is wonderful. I get my items quicker than i could pick them up or have a driver deliver. They fly as the crow flies with no stop lights or traffic and it is delivered to the area I designate- my patio. The cold food is delivered cold. I have bought meat, fruit, lots of soda and candy and snacks, hamburger buns, and more. Once when I was making hamburger helper, I opened the fridge to see I was out of milk, and I was in the middle of cooking! I ordered canned milk and I received it just in time! I love wings delivery. They are dependable

I’ve received 10 orders so far from Walmart. Each order comes within 5-10 min, perfectly estimated and tracked on Wing and lands in exactly the same place every time. Unfortunately service is down during rain and high winds but I guess that is to be expected. Only feedback I have is that every time I accidentally go back or navigate away from my cart, it empties out and I have to start over. Even with that minor nuisance, 5 stars 100% recommend! So convenient!

Ordered using Wing . VERY easy to use. VERY simple directions. Great layout and illustrations. First drone delivery for our household and it was very cool to watch the drone. Smooth flying, seemed to wait patiently to verify I wouldn’t try to catch the delivery and I stayed safely back from the drop zone. Package was gently lowered and placed with care exactly where Wing said it would be. I was smiling and waving at the drone flyer like an insane person the whole time. Very cool and we loved it! Now….. when will they start delivering new cars?! The future is crazy and I love it!

I’ve used this app’s services about 5 different time now, and each time has been great. Only once has the delivery been delayed by I assume other customers or Walmart not being able to get it out fast, and it was only about a 10 minute delay. The other deliveries have arrived in as little as 10 minutes from the time the order was placed. I wish there was a little more flexibility in the drop zone, but since it’s in a trial phase right now I get the super safe zone. Try it, you won’t regret it!

This service is not a substitute for planned grocery runs. This is excellently suited for that quick “missing ingredient” that is an absolute must have and you don’t want to dress up and get into the car and go get spending a minimum of 30 minutes.

Weight restrictions for now but I am sure the success of this concept with keep improving the capabilities over time. Also, I worry the drone make a bit of noise that neighborhoods may complain if these are going to frequent during the day.

I see a lot of future for this, not knowing much about other safety issues etc.

It was so cool to see the first this app Drone delivery to the mayors of Frisco and Little Elm. It took less than 5 minutes for them to receive the order of allergy medicine and vitamin C from Walgreens. Wow!
Can’t wait to order 2 pints of Blue Bell Ice cream as the proceeds are donated to Frisco Fastpacs! Frisco Fastpacs is a non profit who’s mission is to ensure that no child in Frisco has to endure hunger when school isn’t in session!
