NO OPTIONS - took my delivery back!!!!

I watched the drone come to my house, but it would only give me one option for a drop zone. That drop zone was in the middle of some trees. If it would’ve let me move the yellow dot drop over 10 feet. It would’ve been an open area. this is a horrible app and a bad way to start the new drone delivery service.
I got an email that said the problem had been fixed, but when the drones came here, one of them left without dropping the package, but then the other one dropped the package. Now the app is telling me it cannot drop packages here. If I could give it zero stars I would.

We tried the delivery out with the free cookies. My boys were so excited! They thought this was the coolest thing ever. The delivery was here so fast and went perfectly.
Update: I’ve used the service a few times. Today they ran out of something and cancelled my order. Then I placed another order and they just never sent anything, then they eventually cancelled it. The problem is: there’s no way to communicate with anyone. If there’s a problem, you send an email.

After a few months, Wing finally got my drop location fixed, so that I could receive deliveries. I wish it would have been correct initially (kept trying to deliver in my neighbor’s driveway), so I could have been one of the first and received a free snack. 😁
I would recommend you all do an update to your maps. My house doesn’t look the same since we removed trees last year.
It was fast and delivered a few minutes before the ETA, but I’m pleased. This will certainly help when I’m craving some Turtles or M&Ms and don’t feel like driving to the store.
