Worse then all others
I've have a total of 4 bank apps i use frequently. Hands down this is the worst of them all. This is my Gma's account, I'm responsible for therefore i can't close it and move to one of my or her other banks. So I'm stuck constantly being forced to change my password when I'm not flat locked out of it. This app needs support you can access when you can't access your account. Since that is more often then not you would think that would of been addressed by now, but like the rest of the app it's not forward thinking, intuitive, or anything else but a pain.

Security online banking enabled my virtual check deposit and disconnected my account from my cash app account. Seriously considering switching banks. Please help or you will be losing a card member shortly.

Mobile deposit
App kept rejecting photos that were visibly clear & endorsed as instructed. It took 5-7 times each to deposit 2 checks.
