Ok, first impressions not very good. Getting the monthly email about my account caused me to login.
#1 - why did they not just upgrade OLD app so that it downloaded automatically? Why send you to the web, to then send you back to download a new app just to reset password first time. That could have been handled by PeachPassGO20 much better.
#2 - previously, login was a user name and not an email. The monthly email should have indicated exactly what email was associated with the account.
#3 - temp password ends with a symbol that does not auto select when you double tap it which makes copy and paste from mobile phone more difficult. That should have been tested and the algorithm changed.
#4 - Password length between 8 and 12? Really, are we still in the 80’s? PasswordPhrases are more common now and password length should allow for a lot longer.
#5 - speaking of password length, when typing the new password, it just stops taking characters at 14 and does not allow more. But why 14 when your own rule is 12? Why not screen the password from the first entry and then show why the rule is not met, don’t make people type and re-type a password!
#6 - now I am in PeachPassGO20 and can’t make heads or tails of which vehicle has gone through the toll and I am just getting started with PeachPassGO20 .
First impressions are just not good, sorry to say!
