How to fix TikFollower app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TikFollower app on iPhone
Update TikFollower app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TikFollower iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TikFollower on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TikFollower network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TikFollower Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TikFollower not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TikFollower App
1. On android, goto Settings » TikFollower » click [Force Stop]

Update TikFollower to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TikFollower App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TikFollower » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TikFollower.

Fix TikFollower unable to contact server/ TikFollower internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TikFollower » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TikFollower » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TikFollower
