How to fix ReTik app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ReTik app on iPhone
Update ReTik app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ReTik iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ReTik on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ReTik network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ReTik Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ReTik not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ReTik App
1. On android, goto Settings » ReTik » click [Force Stop]

Update ReTik to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ReTik App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ReTik » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ReTik.

Fix ReTik unable to contact server/ ReTik internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ReTik » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ReTik » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ReTik
