How to fix SuperFan app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SuperFan app on iPhone
Update SuperFan app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SuperFan iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SuperFan on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SuperFan network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SuperFan Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SuperFan not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SuperFan App
1. On android, goto Settings » SuperFan » click [Force Stop]

Update SuperFan to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SuperFan App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SuperFan » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SuperFan.

Fix SuperFan unable to contact server/ SuperFan internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SuperFan » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SuperFan » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SuperFan
