I tried purchasing tickets, a message pops up saying that that a problem occurred and that no charges will be applied. However, my card is linked to the app and I got charge.

Please fix glitches with the date drop down menu and submissions. I spent easily 30 minutes trying to figure why some items don’t work.
Took my money and No ticket. Buyer beware

Gives me error message and doesn’t allow me to complete purchase. Nothing is in red or highlighted that I may have missed.
Update:
Took my money and didn’t give any ticket information.
And now I have to pay double because I don’t have a trip “purchased”.
CBX app needs to get fixed ASAP and give me my money back.
