my right hearing aid has lost connection to Thrive
Both hearing aids connect to my iPhone XR; however, the Right hearing aid connects to Thrive; however, Left hearing aid will not connect: • I have Reset my iPhone XR • Removed and Reloaded Thrive App Multiple times • Local Hearing Office updated All H/Aids firmwear for each hearing aid • New Batteries 4/27/2022 • Right hearing aid connects to Thrive; however, Left hearing aid will not connect. Any suggestions on how to get both hearing aids to pair with the Thrive App?
My Thrive software looses connectivity with one of my Starkey hearing aids. It varies re which one. My Bluetooth recognizes both hearing aids. The problem appears the software. I have found that if I clear the data and cache and log back in, it fixes the problem. But it doesn't last long. This should not be happening...nothing can be stores using my fix.
