- Grasshopper is too expensive for some users

- Cannot set a different ringtone in the app to differentiate between lines

- Unclear if the number can be kept if the app goes down or disappears

I have been trying to send message on app but it keep saying error and i even sign out the app to sign in again, i cant get in to my app again whats going on ?

How to fix SwitchUp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SwitchUp app on iPhone
Update SwitchUp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SwitchUp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SwitchUp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SwitchUp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SwitchUp Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SwitchUp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SwitchUp App
1. On android, goto Settings » SwitchUp » click [Force Stop]

Update SwitchUp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SwitchUp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SwitchUp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SwitchUp.

Fix SwitchUp unable to contact server/ SwitchUp internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SwitchUp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SwitchUp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SwitchUp
