Purchased PDF Extra2023 Lifetime, from Amazon.com, and the software hangs on installation. I am running Windows 11 23H2 Preview. Are there any problems affecting installation? I've tried several times to complete the installation with no results. I've let the installation run for about 30 minutes with no complete installation. I appreciate any help you can provide. After purchase on Google play app opens I click edit and choose the pdf. It opens and immediately closes without errors

WHEN I START EDITING AFTER SOME CHANGES ON THE FILE I AM EDITING, A MESSAGE APPEARS SAYING THAT FOR TECHNICAL REASONS SAVING THE FILE WILL BE FOR READING ONLY

How to fix MobiPDF app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MobiPDF app on iPhone
Update MobiPDF app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MobiPDF iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MobiPDF on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MobiPDF network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MobiPDF Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MobiPDF not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MobiPDF App
1. On android, goto Settings » MobiPDF » click [Force Stop]

Update MobiPDF to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MobiPDF App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MobiPDF » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MobiPDF.

Fix MobiPDF unable to contact server/ MobiPDF internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MobiPDF » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MobiPDF » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MobiPDF
