- Men have to spend a lot of money to have a real conversation with a woman who is only replying to get paid.

- There may be bots that message inactive male accounts to encourage them to buy more coins.

- The app has issues with access denial for suspicious activity and lack of online users to chat with.

- Support takes a long time to reply and is not helpful in resolving issues.

Hi please please please can you help me j cannot get onto my account. I open Chaty and it buffers and won’t even let me write a message on there to explain why there are problems. It’s something I really really rely on I’m so so so sorry to bother you I’m just really hoping you can help please! I’m so so sorry thank you so so so so much!!

How to fix Chaty app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Chaty app on iPhone
Update Chaty app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Chaty iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Chaty on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Chaty network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Chaty Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Chaty not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Chaty App
1. On android, goto Settings » Chaty » click [Force Stop]

Update Chaty to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Chaty App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Chaty » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Chaty.

Fix Chaty unable to contact server/ Chaty internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Chaty » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Chaty » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Chaty
