I've been trying to cancel a pending purchase. The system isn't allowing me to.
Paid $12.99 subscription to use the app, now whenever I’m on the app it won’t let me go pass paying the subscription again. I have never used it, just downloaded and paid subscription.

Account is paid up never been late. And I have no spending power. Why
I've been using Four for over a year now and somehow even with auto payment I accrued $60 in late fees and need those reversed.
I am so disappointed with your company, I have never been able to speak to someone who owe me a refund but can't talk to no one for help.

The MC given to make the purchase is INVALID! The purchase is under the amount, the billing address is the same as shipping, the merchant is on your list and they are saying the bank the card is from is declining due to partial billing address. Can't get any help as AI has no option but, that is, to blame the customer like they don't have a clue how things work. No 800 number, and now all these complaints, it's sad. Thanks but no thanks.
This company is a scam. Somehow they billed my Amex $81.95. I do not have their app, have never used them, and cannot reach anyone at the 844 256 9744. There are several complaints against them. In 2024 the state of Maryland took action against them. See below. BALTIMORE, MD (May 16, 2024) – The Maryland Department of Labor’s Office of Financial Regulation today announced entry into a settlement agreement and consent order with “Buy Now, Play Later” company Four Technologies, Inc. (“Four”) for violating Maryland lending law. As a condition of the order, the company has agreed to pay $45,000 in civil penalties and refund more than $184,000 to 2,467 impacted Maryland consumers.
No one from Support will return emails. I have an order that I placed for $217 on Amazon. My first payment came out along with a second payment of the same amount when I go to the app it’s showing that I have two orders for the same exact amount from Amazon with the same due dates and same amount due. They’re double billing me for one order. I’ve reached out to Support on numerous occasions and they will not return my email. My last email to them stated that I will contact my bank and let them know that there is fraud from their service. I don’t understand why Support will not return my email. I’ve given copies of my Amazon invoice plus The invoices on the apps website. They have everything to verify that this is a duplicate order on their end. But they refuse to return my emails. Horrible customer support.

I saw this app thinking it was amazing, and looked promising, I enrolled into their “four+” program but every order I made got declined by the merchant I have the hold on my account and have to wait to get my money back from four, none of my orders went through they get denied within 10 minutes, even with their premium service, support is so so so slow contacted them and haven’t heard anything back the whole day, even as a plus member, my funds are on pending hold, my items cancelled. Honestly don’t even see the benefits of this app anymore, it would be better if they just give you one card number, or one that last for 24hrs at least, but with new numbers every time you just get your account flag by vendor and if support can actually get back to you the same day, maybe just maybe this app might be useful, otherwise your money just get held up and you feel as if you wasted your time bothering with this service, this company had potential but they are so disappointing right now and just not worth your time.

Been using Four for 2.5 years now and it’s always been great and easy to use especially around the holidays. Spending limit $1200 and have made purchases of up to $600 in one transaction without any problem. Have never missed a payment and 2 months ago back in October I tried to make a $50 purchase using Four. I was declined with their normal “we can’t accept all orders” yada yada.. It was whatever and tried a week later on another site for $75.. Same Notice if they can’t accept my order. I reached out to customer service to see if there was an issue with my account and they gave the same scripted response of how I’m approved and disapproved for orders and to try again in a week.. The Christmas season was coming up so at the start of December I tried to start my shopping early and again no matter what website I clicked on or dollar amount I tried it gave me the same I can’t be approved for the order. I’ve tried $300 like I used to be able to do without issue down to the minimum of $35 on orders and no luck.. I reached out to customer service again to try and see what is really going on but it was the same scripted response again and to try again in a week(no help). App is fully updated, banking and card accounts have never changed, so not sure what is going on with the company. Don’t waste your time on this one and stick to one of the more notable ones that will actually work when you need them.

So this is my 1st time using this app, and was easy to sign up and use. I was approved for $200, but only allowed to spend $100 until I can show I have good payment history. Ok, fine. So they have this option to avoid this fee when paying an installment that comes from autopay IF you pay the installment early. So I did. However, payment was made yet doesn’t reflect on the app. It went through on my end and I even took a screenshot of the payment taken from my bank account. So on the day the actual installment payment was due, the app attempted to take that payment anyways even though I already paid it. Of course I don't have it, so now the app is showing I haven’t paid the installment and now it looks like I’m late on payments. I wanted to finish this purchase early so i can do another one, but I'm just going to go ahead and finish off my zip app payment early instead so I can use that one. They need to fix this app so payments actually show up on their end
