Horrible new app

I miss the last app. This new app is awful. I have a secondary on my app for emergency purposes and she never had access to it through FirstStateBankIL previously because I never gave her the password. Now she has direct access with the password to her account. The bank says it was always this way. No, it wasn’t. I had the last app and there was no access for her whatsoever. I’m tempted to change banks, if my information is available that easily. If I could give it zero stars then I would.
No Zelle

The banks website claims we can use zelle and even tells us how to set it up but when you go to find the option in FirstStateBankIL and website that says Send Money With Zelle, the option isn’t even listed.
App doesnt work

Most of the time the face id deactives. now it is showing up that my device is jailbroken when i know it is not. Yes i am the ISO’s son if you are wondering. Not happy at all.

Where is the Zelle option in FirstStateBankIL to set up can’t even figure it out online or in FirstStateBankIL -says it’s there but it isn’t.
Stop deactivating my face ID

I would like to think a setting that is literally always active on my account should work when I open FirstStateBankIL . Instead it requires me to re input my password to activate it making the Face ID useless. Maybe a small oversight for a feature they advertise.
Why can’t I make a recurring transfer

I used to have a bi weekly transfer set up for my Christmas account before the new system and now I don’t have that option Anymore
