I barely had the opportunity to click through half of the configuration settings, and I get a pop-up to rate the app/service. That really annoys me, but what's worse is that my ONLY choices were to rate the app (which I didn't feel like doing yet, I didn't have enough experience with it), OR report a problem, which took me out of the app.

I didn't want to report a problem, and I didn't want to rate the app. But you forced me to do something out of the app. So 1 star, blanket policy. Do better, stop freaking bugging you users to make crappy ratings.

If this were a free period, I'm probably just stop using the app, and you'd lose a sale. As it is, I paid for a year, so you having for that long. But you're starting with a negative score already, before I consider renewing next year.

It pains me to give this app such a low review because I know, given some the time, these adGuard devs will knock this out of the park just like they did with their other products! So long as Apple can mind their own and not pull any of their weird stuff.

However, it’s just not quite there in its current state. And I’d be very hard pressed to pay for the premium at this point in time. It seemed to be rolling pretty well but something was causing it to frequently get disconnected then connect again and so on and so forth. Which may have been causing the other issue of when it was able to get connected it was at extremely slow speeds and and sometimes unloaded and I had to get rid of it for now.!

But I will be waiting on to come back and change this review once it’s where we expect it to be, in due time! Because as I mentioned, the app itself it’s looks very good!! I think it’s even cleaner looking than the original app(s). Which are vanity amazing! . The difference imo is the new face of the app. The ninja very cool footing backgtound . All I can say is I can’t wait to be back when she’s really ready to rock

This disconnects to such an extreme, saying the phrase “a lot” doesn’t do it justice. It can really slow your phone down. I question the reviews here, I’m not sure Apple would allow fake reviews but I’ve used this on two phones and my iPad and they all experience the same thing. I don’t experience what these reviews are saying, so these reviews to me are questionable. iMessage doesn’t work properly, when switching from WiFi to LTE, messages won’t come through until you either turn on and off airplane mode or connect to WiFi again. Same thing with emails, they don’t come through when switching, or sometimes in general, WiFi or not. FaceTime calls are garbage when on this vpn yet not with others, so it’s just this vpn.

The good: it works with your Adguard Pro..but why wouldn’t they just add what Adguard does on their VPN? So many VPNs have ad blocking features and many other things, paying twice seems like a cash grab. There’s times where it does work though, and you see it’s potential, so that’s that. Hope it improves, but I wouldn’t spend money on a yearly subscription just yet.
