This app is a mess

First, let me start by saying I’ve now attempted three different times to rent a car from them. Every single time something has happened resulting in the trip being canceled. The first time, apparently they didn’t have their insurance in line. The second time, they missed quoted the price of the car and then charged my card on amount twice as much as the check out. They later credited me the entire amount only because they canceled the rideAfter asking for an additional $3000 deposit for the car. Secondly, it seems like a poor business model or a bait and switch to list the cars for one price but have a requirement of minimum insurance for a different amount. Unlike the Turo appWhich allows you to opt out for insurance if you have a good coverage or tells you upfront what the fees will be Period I was looking forward to utilizing the app as an alternative, however, I’ve been so turned off with their performance and onerous requirements rat I will likely delete the app. Hopefully they can get their act together for their investors sake, because it seems like this model will eventually be doomed to failure. I mean really who requires thousands of dollars to rent a $200/day car for one day

Unlisting my cars

This app needs a lot of improvements! I can only check in a trip 2 hours before the trip start time, not sure why I cannot check in anytime if my car is ready as a host! Uploading photos is a nightmare, why do I need to upload photos under 7 different categories, put it all together and call it a day, why over complicating the process! After the photos are uploaded, there is no way to view them or add more photos! It takes 5 business days to get paid for a completed trip, this is just too long! I have filed couple reimbursement requests for gas refill and smoking violation, one week later and still not paid and when I contact support they keep saying that the reimbursement team will review and come back to me and nothing so far! When I contacted the guest, she said she cannot see any reimbursement requests from me on her app. She even sent me a screen recording and she is correct, nothing on her app! I am unlisting my two cars after two trips, too much headache with delayed or lost income

Bait Cars Don’t Get Your Hopes Up

Every car I’ve try booking got canceled or vehicle had maintenance issue. Instead of the app updating and removing the vehicle until the vehicle is actually is ready to be rented. It like false advertisement. You have the hope that you would be able to book the car because you have to reserve 2 hours ahead of time. But it really like a bait cars. You won’t be able to rent the vehicle. The host are constantly canceling. No later if the agent reach out. I’m a person who check reviews and judge based of that. I let my guard down and look the reviews were right. It truly a waste of time.
