I subscribed to this on 8-9-21 at approx. 4:30 pm. I am cancelling this on 8-9-21 at 550pm. It is not very good. Gave me incorrect directions and then said cant reach destination. I just came back so i know I can reach it. Please cancel and Credit my card back. Thanks

I got the premium because of RV miles. I figured if he was recommending this, he had used it and he was happy with the app. I mainly got it for the GPS feature which you can only use on your phone it will not work with CarPlay. So you have to have someone else helping you use the app or you pick up your phone and try to look at it while you’re driving not a very good idea! If this was a free app I would understand but an app that you pay $40 for. I’ve read that they’re going to do something with CarPlay but that was quite a while ago and it still hasn’t happened. I wish I had canceled my subscription before my free trial was over. I was hoping they might get CarPlay into their app but if it’s been over a year they’ve been talking about it god knows when it might happen if ever.

I can’t believe I spent money to use this app. It has less than half the camping suggestions that other sites have. Four times it took us to gas stations that did not exist or were out if business. And it is not AT ALL user friendly. You put in the RV route gps (the only feature I even use now) and if you want to find gas or a restaurant along the way you have to completely back out of the gps route to find something. It does not save locations so you have to retype your entire destination (all the first default destinations are outside the US). And good luck loading anything if you don’t have decent wifi.
Someone took my $40 and put it right onto their pocket because it did not go to trying to make this a better app. Use anything else!

If this app was free I would rate it higher but for $40/year this app needs to do better! I definitely will be canceling it before my free trial period is over!
Its basic failures:
1. it’s not compatible with Car Play. It’s not safe for me to drive on my own in the RV using this app since I don’t want to look down to look at the screen. Therefore it can only be used when my husband and I are traveling together. All of the free map apps I use are compatible with Car Play; I certainly expect an app that costs $40/year to be compatible!
2. I don’t see a way to change the starting location. This is a problem; we like to plan ahead. For example, I would like to know how long it will take to go from Portland to Seattle when I’m in Northern California. The main reason this app appealed to me is to make sure we are avoiding routes with low clearance bridges and tunnels. I should be able verify this a week in advance.
3. It doesn’t seem to be possible to add a stop along a route. Again, this is possible with basically any other map app. Why should I pay $40 for something that can’t do this?
