3 years agoHello, I really need you to cancel my subscription. I didn’t really want to sign up for any monthly subscription but I keep getting charged by your company for monthly subscriptions. I deleted the app after I noticed that it made me subscribe. And now the app is not available in Germany for me to cancel the subscription and in the meantime I am paying €22 monthly. Thanks

3 years agoAfter reading some of the reviews here, I have just realised that I have been scammed because your company or app is not built upon principles but it’s just out there to steal other people’s money when it says 3days free trial, however, we still end up being charge.

3 years agoYou can not sell people on a free 3 day trial and then charge them anyways and then make it nearly impossible to get a refund. I tried messaging support and I was solicited with yet another “free” trial. Contacting my lawyers to investigate filing a lawsuit against Magical Scanner. I am clearly not the only customer that has been taken advantage of

3 years agoI had the exactly same issue with others; the app offered me a free 3 day trial but just charged a full price for a month! I emailed the developer about it also reported to Apple for a refund. This is very unpleasant!!

3 years agoWhen I downloaded your app , and realised that I need to pay for it I changed my mind. Then your app directed me to a page that says try it for free 3 days and cancel anytime. I clicked on it and subscribed to be charged £22.49 right away. Following this I have cancelled my subscription immediately. I requested refund through Apple Support too as you have never given me the free trial promised for three days and charged me straight away instead. I feel cheated !!!

3 years agoTo whom this concerns, I have been charged 19.49GDP for a one-month subscription to your app which was purchased by mistake by my kid playing with my phone and then cancelled the subscription-only an hour later. I have requested a refund and have emailed you one week ago and I haven't heard from you as yet? If I don't receive a refund I will report you to the financial ombudsman. Kris

3 years agoGuten Tag, ich habe gestern Ihr App installiert und mir wurde eine 3-Tage GRATIS trial angeboten. Jedoch wurden 21,99 Euro sofort von meinem Konto belastet - Monatsabbo. Dafür habe ich keine Zustimmung gegeben. Bestellnummer MM98VL00ND RECHNUNGSDATUM 08.03.2021 Ich verlange sofort eine Rückerstattung des vollen Betrages auf mein Konto. Abgesehen von den Kommentaren auf AppStore, bin ich nicht die Einzige, der sowas mit Ihrem App passiert ist. Falls die Rückerstattung in voller Höhe 21,99 Euro in 7 Tagen von heute aus gerechnet nicht ankommt, werde ich mich bei AppleStore und weiteren Kundenschutzdienste beklagen.
