UPDATE: Very quickly addressed the first issue (contact info) and the other is only an issue on the smallest of screens. Color me impressed; from 3 to 5 stars in only two days.
Suggestions from the cheap seats:
1. Should have readily accessible customer service contact information on every page (traditionally at the bottom but can be from the pull down menu).
Speaking of which, your phone menu did not work yesterday when calling from my iPhone or landline, nor has anyone responded to the message I sent afterwards.
2. Either allow the phone/app to be turned sideways or allow resizing of the page so text is more easily read on smaller screens.
Otherwise it appears to be a fairly nice first effort.
