Problem. My new Polaroid frame 3.0 only cycles through the same 25 photos. I have 480 photos loaded and keep seeing the same 25 repeatedly. How. To fix/change?

Tried to upload pictures to this frame a million different ways, from photos app, from selected album, only using 1 picture, etc. never worked. My sister can send pics no problem but no one else can. If only 1 link is able to send photos they should really specify that.
App unable to locate iPhone 6 photos

I have linked WIFI. No issue here. I have linked the frame to the phone. No issue here. However App is not able to access iPhone photos for upload. What am I missing? I will change my rating if this is a misunderstanding of instructions and a simple fix.

I downloaded the app but it’s not working appropriately. When I pull up my photos they won’t show in the app so I have to guess what I’m picking. I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded it 3 times with the same issue. Makes sending photos to my frame nearly impossible. Very frustrating
