New version is worse than the old one

If I could I would give it zero stars because other than having to sign in with the device password every time the you try to use it all you can actually use Inseego for is checking battery status and turning the device off or restart it What would make it into a actual worthwhile app would be to have a feature that remembers the login information on your phone; viewing all devices connected to it with the ability to add, delete or block devices ; the ability to delete/block the spam messages sent to the device number ; the ability to monitor signal strength

Update I followed the instructions to connect Inseego with my new this app 3100 pro I’m connected to the wifi through the this app yet Inseego keeps saying that I am not connected At least I could restart and shut it down with Inseego on the previous version this update can’t even connect to the device for Pete’s sake!

Junk app

Installed Inseego and got all setup and it never got passed the please wait till your device is connected to our cloud. It might take up to an hour. Left app on that spot over 24 hours. Will not buy another this app G5 router. Software don’t work hardware and app stops, reinstalled app but ended up with same thing. Will be looking into another type of router for my needs.

Absolute crap

Been at it for 2 hours, still no connection. No support. The need to connect to some cloud, just pisses me off. I paid for the device and paid for the cell service. this app, stay out of my business! and if you not going to do that, at least provide some support.

Still waiting...

App is useless. I've had two fx3100 in the past two days. The first one was defective and this one will not connect to the cloud and is constantly dropping connection..., even though my phone works fine.
Going back to Spectrum unfortunately.

Worked for a couple of days but doesn’t anymore.

I can’t even add it back on there by putting in the information again. I came on here to check other reviews to see if this happened to anybody else. Looks like it happened to everybody else. Guess I won’t be able to control this remotely.

Useless

I have tried to install, uninstall and even set my m3000 to defaults multiple times without success. Every attempt ends at the connect to WiFi screen with a “you’re not connected to WiFi message”
Obviously an issue with the iOS version. Without a bug fix Inseego is useless. Deleted from my phone.

Nope

3 hours of my time stuck in an infinite loop of trying to configure this thing, waiting for cloud, trying to register, “something went wrong”, uninstall, reinstall…. I just called T-Mobile Business and demanded a different device, they’re shipping me something else. This might be a great piece of hardware. We’ll never know, because the software team needs to be fired.

MiFi Router

App is terrible does not work , will not connect with my phone, shows I’m connected to this this app router on my cell in select Wi-Fi, but Inseego continues to tell me I’m not connected!

Using the router for home wifi with multiple devices connected, it’s just Inseego keeps telling me I’m not connected when I kno I am!

Mobile App

Seems to not work at all. You go through the setup stage and then the last stage connect Inseego to your device. Says “looks like your not connected to the wifi” eventho I am connected to the hotspot and have internet access. App doesn’t want to sync up or connect from the apps side. Pointless if it can even add the device your connected to

Useless

Inseego won’t connect to the hotspot at all.

When following the steps in Inseego to connect to the M3000 I get to the part where I connect to the hotspot I get connected on the phone but Inseego says it doesn’t look like I’m connected to the hotspot and won’t proceed to the next step.

I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled Inseego and factory reset the hotspot multiple times and have the same issue. Don’t waste your time with Inseego .

Won’t connect to cloud

I’ve had the F-x2000 or whatever it is for months an I’ve never been able to use Inseego . Upon setup it says it’ll take up to an hour to connect to cloud and has yet to do that. I’ve had nothing but issues out of my internet and it’s so aggravating that I can’t access Inseego to monitor the devices that are connected and not in use. Terrible app and internet service through us cellular. Would not recommend at this point in time.

One of the worst app ever

Tried to config the this app fx3100 from T-Mobile via Inseego , after everything is done, i switched Inseego off. Everything is gone and I cannot control the router from Inseego after I came back for it. It just says I have to add the device once again, guess what? It disappeared again after I successfully added my device and went to my profile page not even quitting Inseego this time. Totally waste of time. Even an amateur developer could make a better app than this one.

App is Useless & Device is TBD

Well I have the device working but the signal is horrible. Hope it is just because of my current location. Verizon device with 2 bars LTE with a Verizon cell phone next to it on 5G with 4 bars. And it’s the 5G Mifi. And don’t be in a rush to use it cause the internet is slow and it takes the device longer than my PC to boot up. Even called Verizon and they said “oh that’s normal for it to take up to 4-5 minutes to be ready”.

As for Inseego I see NO point… can only do about 5% of what you can do right on the device webpage.

Review App for FX3100

It doesn’t retain the device information after installation and you have add device again and again. It doesn’t recognize the admin password from the device. It helps in initial location survey and installing but after that this is useless.

Does not work as stated

Enough to drive you crazy. Tried several times like other reviewers and it just does not connect. The device shows in Inseego but waiting for it to “cloud” connect is a waste of time.

Wow, just wow

Using Inseego to setup a fw2000e router will lead you to much head banging against wall. Too many issues to describe here, but setting up their equipment is a nightmare and NOT intuitive.

Still has a way to go

Software gives a very different reading than the device on signal strength, and whether it’s receiving four LTE or 5G. That should not be. It should be the same. Limited feature set.

WiFi works perfectly for few days

Easy to setup and WiFi is already working, but after I used 60GB data, it slows down for the rest of the month

Hard to setup

You have to enable the connection from the devices setup page. Then connect with the imei. Then wait about 5 minutes for it to update. Honestly Inseego is basic and useless for mobile hotspots.

Excellent Improvements to this App

Great job Digital Experience team. Keep up the great work.

When setting up a device, from the model list, I was not able to select a model and move forward in the workflow. Kindly look to make all elements interactive on each page.
