My school district had a previous app that did real-time data when picking up the kids to and from school. I really love that app. With this app, It took two months for me to get an account because of the glitches and problems uploading my children’s information in the system than to turn around for it to not work constantly is nerve-racking. The same problems that I had when I first got the app are now happening again. I am so sick of this app. I wish I could give you zero stars.

Our school district switched from Here comes the Bus to this piece of trash app that is absolutely useless! I truly believe someone in charge must be related to whoever created this app because at this point that has to be the only reason. The app does not give accurate information most times it gives no information at all. When it’s working it’s an hour off! Really what is the point? What a waste. I wish I could give it minus 5 stars.

This is the absolute worst app that any district could pay for. It continuously removes the student from your selection and tells you you have no student selected. But when you go to the about screen, the information of the student is there. It tells you to contact support yet support never gets back to you, then says to contact the district. The district tells you there’s nothing they can do the problem is with the app.
