this app is accessible through a phone application, and through a browser. However, the two show me different things. Neither one shows me the most important thing, which is the professional reviews that I pulled professional favors to get. They seem to be present because my so-called “trust score“ is at 100%, which means that my profile is complete and has these recommendations on file. However, I just got an email from Support telling me that they doesn’t see that I have any of these crucial things on file for me, and I can’t actually pull them up, either on Intch or through a browser. I did not call up these professional favors to have them flushed down a digital toilet. If I do respond with job posting, will these important elements actually be there? I can’t see them, and a real person at Support says they don’t have them. What about my “trust score“ for this app? It’s very low. Is it wise for me to use something this disorganized to sell myself professionally? Need we even talk about the AI element that is supposed to be automated help? Of course, it answers the question it wishes you asked, instead of the one you did ask. It also doesn’t answer most questions at all. One would expect this from AI, but I get a VERY similar response from the actual people who are responding from the support. Before you put your money in this, ask yourself, “Is this the lens through which I want people to view me professionally?”

Intch deserves ZERO STARS! Intch should be pulled down from Intch store. The practices are very deceptive. They advertise it will help you get jobs but inside its really a networking platform and not a true job search or job opportunity platform. Also once you sign up you WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. They hide that in the very wordy terms and conditions and try and lie and say they are very transparent about the no refund policy but they hide it behind the click box to agree to terms and services and no where in the check out process is that made clear clear. Anyways within a day of signing up I reached out for a refund because Intch was not what it says it is and they refused to offer me my 49 dollars back. I understand small businesses don't love charge backs but if your product is not what is advertised then you will have problems such as this! I wouldn’t recommend that you do not waste your hard earned money! They simple made an app to pray on those who are looking for jobs and already are having every dollar count, and they will take yours with no remorse.

I found this service to be misleading and disappointing. Despite their claims of providing remote job opportunities, I struggled to find any legitimate listings. Instead, the platform mainly directed me to questionable companies and collected my personal information, including LinkedIn details and contacts. After paying the $15 subscription fee, I received nothing of value in return. It feels more like a data-gathering operation than a reliable job resource. I strongly advise against using this service.

The only reason I signed up for this was because a friend of mine asked me to help verify their account. Didn’t realize that would actually create an account for myself. Required TMI to go through their process and then in order to delete my account I was forced to download Intch and click through 5 “are you sure???” Steps to actually delete. Shouldn’t need a phone number and email address in order to verify an account. All in all feels manipulative.

Don’t trust this service. Once you open an account they sign you up for an expensive subscription but won’t provide any services until you “get verified” by others … basically it’s a Pyramid Scheme to get more people to sign up. No one is on Intch to actually work. When you try to cancel the link only connects to a “customer service” email that gives you a run around telling you to be “very careful when choosing a cancel option” but not actually helping you cancel. Would give zero stars.

Great idea, seemed from their marketing this was an avenue for experienced seasoned professionals to list their services on a consulting type world. Loved the idea of that. Paid the subscription and I see the same requests even free asking not to see them. Everyone presented to me so far has been people wanting free advice.

Seems like their K system for credibility is not incrementing properly either.

Lots to be desired and Intch itself is nothing more than a new networking app, but they are marketing it as something completely different.

Intch is seriously flawed and should have been labeled as an alpha release. It is riddled with non-functional features, making it extremely frustrating to use. Additionally, the user base is practically nonexistent, rendering Intch useless for networking purposes. It completely fails as a two-sided marketplace.

To make matters worse, they refuse to issue refunds under any circumstances and continue to charge users even after they unsubscribe. You will likely need to dispute the charges with your credit card company. Proceed with caution.

This platform has consistently bad reviews across the board, yet in all of their marketing materials they boast a 5-star rating in Intch Store (currently 3.7). Their approach seems to be to front load the user onboarding with promise of tons of value, then require a hefty paid commitment before granting access to the platform. The lack of a free trial period suggests that there’s very little confidence in the product itself. Seems like they’re trying to make money convincing people to opt in, but the platform itself doesn’t have enough of a user base to be valuable to users.

I downloaded and tried Intch for five minutes and realized it had absolutely no usefulness to the job search I was attempting. I quickly contacted customer service to see about canceling my subscription and getting a refund. I received an email telling me that they don’t actually do refunds. that being said I can live without the money I spent, but I don’t recommend Intch for anyone because there is no free trial and if it’s useless to you, as it was for me, you’ll be out your money. There are other apps that do the same thing better, and offer free trials.

It locks you into a subscription before you discover Intch is not what it bills itself to be. This is not a networking app, it’s chalked full of low grade free-lance work— like data entry, virtual sales positions. It has feature that are supposed to help you brainstorm and create businesses— it’s really cheap ai that puts random people in a group with no rhyme or reason. It has no value because very few people are on Intch to make it valuable. My money is wasted with a lifetime to subscription to something that would be barely worth .99 a month. Linkedin is free and FAR MORE VALUABLE.

Not user friendly and does achieve that LinkedIn offers. States using AI to connect you with people, but it doesnt help networking or finding potential leads . Trying to connect with people and messaging them, but they don’t message back. Not recommended.

Response to devs: I wasn’t spamming. I was reaching out and attempting to network and connect—with unfortunately no responses back. Also, it is very difficult to “find” anything as only 5 opportunities pop-up at a time—which was not user friendly and many did not pertain to “my purpose” of being on this app or relating to the opportunities I was looking for.

Another reviewer put it perfectly.. it’s like a gym membship where it’s difficult to cancel. Name another app subscription that requires a 10 day notice for cancellation? I only know them.

I emailed them and said I was trying to cancel and requested refund cause I tried to cancel before the renewal date. Then they referenced the contract (just like a gym) and said they can’t refund me for the unused month. Thankfully they just passed a law saying every subscription needs to be cancelable with one click.

I tried Intch for a bit and didn’t see much activity. I sent a view notes but got no responses. Maybe I would have offered my opinion on how to make Intch better or I may have returned in the future.

But there is a zero percent chance I return now so I told them to enjoy the extra $23 they made off on me. Maybe they’ll learn some day that holding someone to the fire over $23 isn’t a good look. I think gym memberships will learn the same too.

I had high hopes for Intch as it could really be something awesome. They didn’t deliver on any, there’s zero engagement, and you’re forced to pay an entire year’s subscription fee without trial. In fact you can’t even see Intch ’s UI or get a sneak peek in any way without the payment. I paid, set up my account, tried my best to use Intch to no avail. Intch is dead. I wrote to the support team and basically all I got was “Aww sowwy! Too bad you didn’t like it.” So if you are considering downloading Intch , please run the other way. You will NOT get your money back even when you explain to them why it’s provided 0 value. RUN.

Intch is a very poor one and is designed to take your money. I accidentally signed up and I wrote to the support services after 10 minutes to refund my subscription amount. The company support service came back with a response they don’t typically refund and cited my profile which was generated by Intch AI. I had to make a profile in order to access the subscription cancellation option. I ending emailing there customer support to refund the money and delete the account. But the person did it respond after wards. Very poor service and no use app, I would recommend people to definitely stay away from Intch.

The concept is promising, but execution is disappointing as they are marketing incomplete product while charging $15 per month. Their AI lacks effectiveness, making experience rather frustrating. Despite clearly stating my interest in side projects, the suggestions I received were unrelated full-time job offers in various fields from software engineer to marketing (I’m in finance). It’s time consuming to fill out detailed questionnaires only to receive irrelevant job recommendations. You could have made a free product and ask your customers to help you to improve, instead you decided to charge right away disrespecting your customers.

Intch looks nice and is a good idea but there is absolutely zero participation from people that have jobs posted. In order to use Intch you must subscribe with a monthly fee. Then after you subscribe there is no way to cancel the subscription unless you write to support. It’s like a modern version of a gym membership that you cannot cancel without obscure process buried in the terms of use.

Anyone looking for part or full time work should spend their time and energy elsewhere. I wish I could have my time and money back. Beware this is basically a scam to get $23 a month from you with the dream of helping you find work. I would give this negative stats if I could.

They only way I can contact this company with downloading Intch or creating a sign-in etc. is to submit a review. And this is all over wanting to unsubscribe from their emails. When I click on unsubscribe it takes me to Intch Store to download Intch . Really?? There has to be something illegal about that. What a scam. When trying to contact them in other ways it always asks you to download an app or sign up and register etc. this is a total scam. Help someone please.

I can see potential but for now it’s a waste of time. I paid for the subscription as there’s no trial. It’s not worth it today.

5 request views per day is a terrible rate limit. All 5 of mine were totally irrelevant and now I have to come back tomorrow.

Moreover, Intch asks you to create a request as a professional. You’d think it’s a good idea since people will see you more. But then what’s the point of separating buyers and sellers? It’s like if tinder would show me dudes just because no girls are in the area. Similarly, all my requests were sellers while I’m looking for buyers.

I liked that Intch asked me if I want to see fewer request of certain types on my feed after I skipped one. BUT the very next request was exactly what I asked Intch not to show.

Intch has a bunch of bugs. For one, when editing a request draft, I can delete text but can't type. Then the AI custom prompts are terrible so it tends to produce text in third person or writes in ways you wouldn’t typically post on your bio/profile.

Finally, I can write a sentence about myself without AI. What I need your AI to do is find relevant people, which it doesn’t.

Any new app, like any new company, is going to have glitches and wrinkles that need ironing out.

But I can say unequivocally that within ten days of using this app, I have secured what might be one of my best clients to the present date.

Further, when I had issues with what appeared to be bots/spam, I wrote to customer service, and the co-founder/CTO himself resolved the issue and wrote back personally.

I’ve dealt with enough startups — that’s my business — to know that when the founding team takes care of its customers like this app has taken care of me, good things are ahead.

I will continue to use Intch and tell others about it.
