I downloaded this app through IG, I found the value proposition great.
But once you spent 30 minutes filling out your profile… well nothing really happens. The “post” for jobs are actually not related to either your profile, or the app network. They are just boot-scraped from the net, and you have to apply outside the app. They obviously have a very shady refund policy, and won’t give you back your money. Don’t do it.

I use Lunchclub and used to network on Shapr and I met so many great people, I use other apps to find clients like Malt but this app is very disappointing. It’s populated by AI, even messages to the support team have no responses. You have to answer so many questions to create an account that promise you it’s a great app to find side projects and clients. Spoiler alert, it is not. It doesn’t deserve a single euro.

You download it expecting it’s free like many other job boards and at the end you see that you have to pay. Disappointing! I will never pay to find a job! Even if this is a side project.

The app does not appear in my subscriptions on the apple setting I have been asking to be unsubscribed for over 2 months, the continue billing me and no answer from client services
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS APP TOU WILL BE STUCK WITH THEM AND OVERCHARGED

It's hard to imagine a more useless app for networking and finding projects. It's not worth spending money on it.
