Intch is accessible through a phone application, and through a browser. However, the two show me different things. Neither one shows me the most important thing, which is the professional reviews that I pulled professional favors to get. They seem to be present because my so-called “trust score“ is at 100%, which means that my profile is complete and has these recommendations on file. However, I just got an email from Support telling me that they doesn’t see that I have any of these crucial things on file for me, and I can’t actually pull them up, either on the app or through a browser. I did not call up these professional favors to have them flushed down a digital toilet. If I do respond with job posting, will these important elements actually be there? I can’t see them, and a real person at Support says they don’t have them. What about my “trust score“ for Intch? It’s very low. Is it wise for me to use something this disorganized to sell myself professionally? Need we even talk about the AI element that is supposed to be automated help? Of course, it answers the question it wishes you asked, instead of the one you did ask. It also doesn’t answer most questions at all. One would expect this from AI, but I get a VERY similar response from the actual people who are responding from the support. Before you put your money in this, ask yourself, “Is this the lens through which I want people to view me professionally?”

This app deserves ZERO STARS! This app should be pulled down from the app store. The practices are very deceptive. They advertise it will help you get jobs but inside its really a networking platform and not a true job search or job opportunity platform. Also once you sign up you WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. They hide that in the very wordy terms and conditions and try and lie and say they are very transparent about the no refund policy but they hide it behind the click box to agree to terms and services and no where in the check out process is that made clear clear. Anyways within a day of signing up I reached out for a refund because the app was not what it says it is and they refused to offer me my 49 dollars back. I understand small businesses don't love charge backs but if your product is not what is advertised then you will have problems such as this! I wouldn’t recommend that you do not waste your hard earned money! They simple made an app to pray on those who are looking for jobs and already are having every dollar count, and they will take yours with no remorse.

The app looks nice and is a good idea but there is absolutely zero participation from people that have jobs posted. In order to use the app you must subscribe with a monthly fee. Then after you subscribe there is no way to cancel the subscription unless you write to support. It’s like a modern version of a gym membership that you cannot cancel without obscure process buried in the terms of use.

Anyone looking for part or full time work should spend their time and energy elsewhere. I wish I could have my time and money back. Beware this is basically a scam to get $23 a month from you with the dream of helping you find work. I would give this negative stats if I could.
