How to fix Chessable app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Chessable app on iPhone
Update Chessable app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Chessable iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Chessable on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Chessable network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Chessable Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Chessable not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Chessable App
1. On android, goto Settings » Chessable » click [Force Stop]

Update Chessable to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Chessable App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Chessable » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Chessable.

Fix Chessable unable to contact server/ Chessable internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Chessable » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Chessable » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
