How to fix PyPie app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PyPie app on iPhone
Update PyPie app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PyPie iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PyPie on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PyPie network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PyPie Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PyPie not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PyPie App
1. On android, goto Settings » PyPie » click [Force Stop]

Update PyPie to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PyPie App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PyPie » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PyPie.

Fix PyPie unable to contact server/ PyPie internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PyPie » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PyPie » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PyPie
