unable to open app cannot enter phone number to access points/cash already accumulated so cannot spend in store. Cannot open app to scan codes from recent purchases. Tried to set up again on anothet phone and no verification code sent to open app

One of the, if not the worst app ever to download. The app just constantly crashes. The JD sports app won't even let me spend my money for them to even make money ffs. Smh!
