Your order only shows you the basic information and frankly is behind where it actually is. It took several days to update after getting approval through insurance.
A great improvement would be to link myNumotion on Numotion’s side to the information upon receipt. Get approval from the insurance, automatically update account accordingly. Receive an individual part, update automatically and SHOW which parts are missing & their ESTIMATED arrival.
Allow us to explore other tabs on the order page. When were they started and when were they completed. For tabs not started yet, what kind of tasks are expected during that process. Being locked into only the current process and with such limited expectations during it, it’s not terribly useful.
Another thing that should be considered added is a virtual chair based upon what your order is along with videos on how to use it. You can do anything in a virtual world, so why can’t you see and learn about your chair before it arrives?
