Hi, just bought an annual suscription and my profile seems to not bé recognized in the apps... any Idea. I can't open it - no account but when I try to buy again, it says I have an account already??? Help! I want to start working out! Thanks
Hi, my workouts don't seem to be registering on the app. The number of workouts shown isn't increasing even though I've done one everyday since I downloaded the app on 11 April. Just wondering if I've not pressed something I should have. Thanks Sarah
I am unable to change my program to another within the app, I have tried multiple times. Why is this?
Hi, I've been using the app for about 2 weeks now and it ran without any issues on my Android One phone until 3 days ago. Whenever I want to go to my profile to look at my stats, an overlay window keeps popping up, telling me that I supposedly have no internet connection and to try again later. Which is not true, my phone is connected to the internet all the time. If I'm fast enough and able to click on one of the stats before the overlay pops up again, I can go to each individual stat without getting the weird overlay message.
The app does not work. When I try to log in, it automatically logs out. I write down my information, and then it says that I have to purchase again. But when I press purchase it says that I already have an account. But I cannot Get in when I try to log in with FAcebook, and I cannot make a new account.
