Cautiously Optimistic

I’m still skeptical that Fasting work, but one week in, I’m cautiously optimistic. It’s been easier than I anticipated. IntermittentFasting gives Hints on how to moderate hunger, and it’s bound to work because I’m eating so much less food. So, I’m running with it. Wish me luck!

Great app for tracking fasting

So far I love the function of this beautiful app with one caveat. At least for me, the iPhone app does not sync with my Apple Watch. The iPhone app shows that I’m in the middle of a fast, my watch app shows me a screen where I can start a new fast. Also, reminders to start fasting are not pushed to my watch. Other than this minor setback, which I hope will be fixed in an upcoming update, this is a visually wonderful way to track my fasting.

Lacking a timer for eating

IntermittentFasting is beautiful and simple to use and I bought it without hesitation when I saw that it was only $9.99 for a lifetime membership. Then I found out that it doesn’t show the time since my last fast! I have been using the Zero app and even though I have the free version and it doesn’t track my eating window I could glance at it and see how long it had been and eat accordingly. I regret buying it now since it’s missing a very important feature.

Really good app, but…

I really enjoy IntermittentFasting, it’s easy to use and has a beautiful interface.

The one thing but it’s lacking is the ability for Apple Watch and iPhone to sync.

If you start a fast on the iPhone, your Apple Watch doesn’t know anything about it. This seems like a key feature, other reviewers have been asking for more than a year ago.

Good app

Liking IntermittentFasting so far. The one feature I feel is missing is the ability to time the non-fasting portion of the day as well. 12:12 should be two twelve hour timers for example. Then, I don’t have to remember when to stop eating and think about setting a timer. I can just get the alert and start a new plan. Thanks for all your hard work!

Love it!

IntermittentFasting is so easy to use. I also love the edit feature on the home page.

I wish there was the same feature on the Insights page. I typed in the wrong number for my weight (my phone didn’t catch the ‘1’) and there is no way to fix it. My graph looks like I lost 100 lbs in one day, and gained it back the next day.

Love it, just one nittypicky thing.

I wish the information on the home page filled the screen. ‘End Fast’ button is partially cutoff by the navigation bar. Otherwise, it’s a beautifully simple app that has preprogrammed plans as well as the ability to customize your own. Widgets aren’t bad either :D

Great intermittent fasting app - responsive developer

I am very impressed with this IF app. I switched from Zero to it and haven’t looked back. It does everything I need and is easier to use.

Love the App

I love the colors in your app. Not like the others I’ve downloaded before so I’ve chosen to keep yours. I have a question. You can purchase the lifetime plan for $9.99. You don’t specify if that’s a yearly plan or a monthly plan. Which is it and what are the added perks of purchasing a plan? Thanks. **Pam

Warning - Does not sync with Apple Watch

It is very easy to have two different fasts going - one on your phone for 14:10, one on your watch for 16:8. Phone allows editing of start time but watch doesn’t pick up on it.

I assume the developer is going to fix?

Very easy & educational

I love the colors & I love that they have included everything you need to know on how fasting works. It even sends you periodic updates for encouragement!

BEST fasting tracker app

This is such a new app and it’s already my favorite fasting app out there! amazing job!! Has everything I need 🙌🏻

7 day fast (168 hours) is maximum

Other apps let you record as long a fast as you like or confirm that you are starting a fast over a certain number of hours.

Why is 7 days the limit?

Terrible Glitches

I downloaded IntermittentFasting 2 days ago. It kept glitching with the “allow your location” pop up. So bad that it locked my phone. I’m going to delete IntermittentFasting for now until the glitches are fixed. Till then...

I would LOVE to purchase it, but...

I would like the 7 day fasting window limit to be removed. Can this please be done?

In app purchases are not allowed

Your app is supposed to be free today, but when l Press the lifetime membership for free I got the message “In app purchases are not allowed”

No Way I’d Pay for This

It’s a tracker. And a timer. That cost monthly. Waste of money. Glad I got it for free. I was hoping it would help pick a plan. No such luck.
