After trying on 3 separate days, total of over 3 hours, it just always fails after the facial scan “connecting to server” then tells you to start the long process all over again. Incredibly frustrating.
Does not work at all and keeps refreshing. I’ve spent over 20 minutes trying to get my info and no use.
Application has a good UX but is really buggy, the flow keep restarting and passport validation. Can’t complete the registration

After setting up Yris it worked one time with FranceConnect.
After that one connection there was an error that the PIN was incorrect. After that it was impossible to create a new account. The cell phone verification worked but the PIN set fails.
After creating an account it worked only once. After that Yris said the PIN was wrong. Creating an new account failed after setting a new PIN. The error message said contact ______ ____. The link lead to a form on this app.eu. This form generated an email saying that due to large number of emails the response time is longer. Disappointing for an app that is required to use FranceConnect.

While Yris could read my ID, it couldn’t detect the place of birth (POB). The only way to get helped is thru the customer service. First contact was initiated mid July and an answer was received within 48 hours. The answer was asking to email my POB which was emailed on July 16. Since then and despite 4 follow up emails spanning through August, not a peep from the customer service and Yris was still showing that the POB was missing. Early September, my account was deleted by this app without a single notification. A simple follow up from the customer service would have been very much appreciated.
I could not connect for weeks blocking access to websites. No support from this app.
Starting with not receiving access code on my cell number. I had to provide an alternate number. Then several scans, NFC checks, photo ID all failing with no indication of what was the issue as the process completed each time.
Might be good, but the process to sign up is very complex. I had to try 3 times to go through. Unnecessary tricky!
