Hi there! So there seems to be a bug involving collections... The app keeps crashing every time I either try to look at my collections or other people's collections. Just wanted to let y'all know!

How to fix Artfol app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Artfol app on iPhone
Update Artfol app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Artfol iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Artfol on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Artfol network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Artfol Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Artfol not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Artfol App
1. On android, goto Settings » Artfol » click [Force Stop]

Update Artfol to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Artfol App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Artfol » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Artfol.

Fix Artfol unable to contact server/ Artfol internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Artfol » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Artfol » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Artfol
