You have to surrender your SSN with this app to get an account. With that kind of information it is important to know that the service is legitimate. It has been 3 weeks since I sent in my information and my account has not been established nor has customer service responded via email. Very shady and not recommended!

I enjoyed using CoinList at first, easy to use. Until my phone got stolen and I got a new one I tried loging back into my account but I’m unable to bc it doesn’t recognize the google Authenticator on my new phone even though all the information is correctly setup. I’ve contacted the support team numerous times and have been waiting over a month without any response. I just want access to my money and withdrawal so I can finally end my experience with CoinList.

Login opens up a browser window, browser asks you to login in, then auth, then send an email. Opening the email sends you to a web page. When you go back to CoinList , you have to go through the cycle again.

- tried to be on the presale list for 2-3 of their projects but never was able to get through due to their server or site issue not loading. Wasted my money just putting in there - I never wrote review until today. I tried to withdraw eth from the platform and the transaction was successfully processed according to eth acan from this app 3 to this app 1 wallet then to mine. But hey surprisingly the ETH is zero when you click the value. Tried to reach out to support but their team is non existent. Be careful guys if you want to put money there, if will never come out and needless to say their high fees

You have to log in via a browser in CoinList itself. BUT GET THIS, you have to open an email that is sent to verify that device AND BROWSER. You cannot open that particular email from within the browser within this app. Literally, not able to believe how terrible it is. Download CoinList and see for yourself. Don’t take my word for it. Just don’t forget to come back and leave 1 star.

If the verification link to add a new device must be opened in the same browser as the one you want to log into, then how could you ever log into CoinList ? Stupid.

Also, from reading the other reviews it seems this has been an issue for some time now. Why should I trust your company with my money and crypto when you don’t even update your malfunctioning application?

I tried just to sign up and CoinList can’t even do that. I emailed them twice and haven’t gotten a response in over a month. I’ve been waiting for my wallet to created with no success. Over just a bad platform. Only reason I want it is so I could possibly get some Mina protocol but that probably won’t happen.

This is a very basic app that is quite clunky and buggy to use (I accidentally sent the same BTC transaction twice as it said there was an error but both transactions went through). Especially poor when compared to other crypto apps that are clearly leagues ahead in terms of their usability and features.

I have been trying to withdraw funds for a month now. They made me leave about 100 until my transaction cleared. Ok. Odd, as I was in the process of transacting, but ok. Here we are a month later. I can’t get help from customer service. I’ve started hitting up social media and stalking their accounts. Nope. I recently contacted Better Business. Yeah. It’s been that bad. I would avoid like the plague.

There’s no easy way to contact anyone on CoinList. I bought some bitcoin to give them a try. Now I can’t send my btc to another wallet because CoinList says I don’t have any funds yet I see the funds in my account. I’ve been looking for a support button and can’t find it. I will be closing my account and never looking back. STAY AWAY.

Hello, just simply cannot logging because of your app log in schema gets an internal browser that don’t match with the safari browser and the email you sent to approve new device never match with the browser requirements. I have better experience logging in the mobile web. CoinList just don’t work.

Very funny. After registering and logging in the web, I tried to log in CoinList . But CoinList told me I was using a new device and ask for a verification. When I clicked on the link in the e-mail and tried to log in, it said I was using a new device and ask for verification in a NEW E-MAIL again!!! it keeps repeating and what a mass!!

It ease of use with this platform was great. Not a lot of knowledge needed to get started. But I had an issue withdrawing. this app provider a transaction number. But the blockchain had no record of it. It was resolved after a week and a second email to their support. Now when I log in... Anything I try to do, I get "you are not authorized to perform this action" I have reached out to this app about this. Here I am about a week later and no response other than the auto message saying they received my ticket. I tried to check the link from the email about btue status of my problem and it shows a blank page. I'klstick to coinbase for a while. this app isn't a bad platform. But the customer service isn't that great. remembered to do your research before investing.

CoinList has made me feel comfortable trading bitcoin. Honestly I was intimidated to get into trading bitcoin before being introduced to CoinList but CoinList is so easy to use and made me feel extremely comfortable!

Hands down the easiest app I’ve used to buy and sell crypto. They supported all the crypto assets I was looking for and made the process to buy, sell, and trade crypto super intuitive. Love that I can use my BTC to jump into the DeFi game through their BTC <> WBTC conversion👌

No issues at all using CoinList. Just one minor thing: Can you guys make the bottom nabvar a bit thicker? Just a bit of padding top and bottom would make it look better, and would make it easier to tap on the tabs. Thanks.

Why is there no link to this app Pro? Is it because fees are much higher on this app than this app Pro there is no easy way to go from one to the other even though account credentials are the same? Otherwise a simple app

How many days should it take for my transactions to be completed? I’ve been waiting two days to move money from my this app wallet to another wallet and it still shows as pending. I’ve emailed support twice and am getting no response. This is really unacceptable.

Did everything correctly through plaid to link my bank, twice. Both times it returned to CoinList , where the “link bank account” button kept spinning and spinning and spinning as if it were eventually going to link the account. After trying this twice for ten minute, gave up and deleted CoinList . Check your code before releasing new builds. Improve your UX.
