2 years agoI changed my phone and now I cannot get into my account. The tickets I put in aren't answered and I need to get into my account. All the documents that I had to provide when opening the account should be sufficient ID to give clearance to reset the account when I prove that's obviously my account. Why do they not ask for that verification?

2 years agoThe google authenticator program was deleted from my phone and I have no backup codes, I wanted it to be canceled and I opened 2 ticket, they did not contact me, it has been a few month why they keep people waiting until I do not understand.please do the needful coinlist team,dear coinlist team i am waiting for last one month for resolving the problem, i create a ticket but still it bending (#146484 my ticket number) (#205265 one more ticket number)

2 years agoHeve whitdraw problem....you can deposit...BUT don't try to get your money back to another acout. The whitdraw dont work!! If you like your money dont do annything on COINLIST... SURCE FOR ANOTHER SITE THATS DOING ICO OR IDO

3 years agohello, I got into the queue, went to the Mina token purchase page, then went to the balances section, and chose how to make a deposit, then I enter in 2 minutes, and they put me back in the queue and my place is 250,000, how can this be I have a screenshot that I ended up in line. Help me please!!! Maybe you have coinlist support contacts, they take 10 days to review messages in the mail. Please help me friend, I don't want to lose the chance to buy, it's a pity that this happened ( can you tell me how to contact them faster)

One of the worse platform out there. I’m surprise how Naval Ravakant involved in the team
- tried to be on the presale list for 2-3 of their projects but never was able to get through due to their server or site issue not loading. Wasted my money just putting in there - I never wrote review until today. I tried to withdraw eth from the platform and the transaction was successfully processed according to eth acan from coinlist 3 to coinlist 1 wallet then to mine. But hey surprisingly the ETH is zero when you click the value. Tried to reach out to support but their team is non existent. Be careful guys if you want to put money there, if will never come out and needless to say their high fees

Locked out of my account, no help
I enjoyed using this app at first, easy to use. Until my phone got stolen and I got a new one I tried loging back into my account but I’m unable to bc it doesn’t recognize the google Authenticator on my new phone even though all the information is correctly setup. I’ve contacted the support team numerous times and have been waiting over a month without any response. I just want access to my money and withdrawal so I can finally end my experience with this app.

Not Useable
You have to log in via a browser in the app itself. BUT GET THIS, you have to open an email that is sent to verify that device AND BROWSER. You cannot open that particular email from within the browser within CoinList. Literally, not able to believe how terrible it is. Download the app and see for yourself. Don’t take my word for it. Just don’t forget to come back and leave 1 star.
