I changed my phone and now I cannot get into my account. The tickets I put in aren't answered and I need to get into my account. - tried to be on the presale list for 2-3 of their projects but never was able to get through due to their server or site issue not loading. Wasted my money just putting in there - I never wrote review until today. I tried to withdraw eth from the platform and the transaction was successfully processed according to eth acan from coinlist 3 to coinlist 1 wallet then to mine. But hey surprisingly the ETH is zero when you click the value. Tried to reach out to support but their team is non existent. Be careful guys if you want to put money there, if will never come out and needless to say their high fees

I enjoyed using this app at first, easy to use. Until my phone got stolen and I got a new one I tried loging back into my account but I’m unable to bc it doesn’t recognize the google Authenticator on my new phone even though all the information is correctly setup. I’ve contacted the support team numerous times and have been waiting over a month without any response. I just want access to my money and withdrawal so I can finally end my experience with this app.

You have to log in via a browser in the app itself. BUT GET THIS, you have to open an email that is sent to verify that device AND BROWSER. You cannot open that particular email from within the browser within CoinList. Literally, not able to believe how terrible it is. Download the app and see for yourself. Don’t take my word for it. Just don’t forget to come back and leave 1 star.
