First time user…..won’t be coming back

My friend told me of FastAF and I thought hmm it seems pretty cool. He also gave me a promo for it. I am roomies with my friend so I told her to order stuff for herself and I order stuff for myself. We are two different people which I don’t see why I can’t use the same address. I didn’t see the policy posted out, it should have been more clear when using the promo. Promo is always told from a friend to another friend to another friend. Will they always tell you what the policy are? No, if you have such strict policy of one per household, then you should have stated before we finished ordering. Customer service, yes they answered fast and they explained to me of the policy but why let it happen first and then tell me of this policy. I was excited to use FastAF but sadly, I don’t think I will anymore. Also, it kept crashing on my phone. Every time I’m looking at something it crashed. Every time I tried to check out, it would crashed. Every time I tried to put something in the cart, it would crashed. Anyways, I gave it 2 stars caused it looked good and that quick response. Other than that, No use.

Seems a little sketchy?

I’ve ordered from this app 3 times now, went well, all items were included correctly, and doordash delivered in under an hour during the time window: seems fine. The past two times I ordered, I got Lunya silk pajamas. Opened both and discovered hair (not just one, like noticeable, multiple hairs to the point where I went on a hunt for them with a flashlight) within the folded garments. Seems like maybe Lunya is selling returned merchandise to this app at a wholesale price i.e. why this app is able to offer them on a discount (even though these never go on sale). Makes me wonder what else is wrong... it’s bothersome that this is most likely what’s going on seeing as though retailers do it constantly. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

Cool concept but not ready for prime time

I LOVE the idea of a well curated delivery-on-demand “dark store” that highlights indie and minority-owned businesses, so I was excited to try this app. FastAF is usually sold out of more than half of the (already-limited) products, and several prices are a little higher than MSRP. It also glitches and crashes frequently for me, though thankfully the cart is saved. On my order, the initial delivery estimate was toward the earlier side of the 2-hour window I selected, but as that time approached it was changed without notice to an hour later. Not a deal breaker, but frustrating for planning purposes.

Missing items

I was excited to use FastAF because it was recommended to me by friends, but was sorely disappointed. Only two items from my order came out of eight total, and I haven’t received any information from them. I was hopeful to test out FastAF but had a really disappointing experience. Update: Their team handled the problem very quickly and I was able to receive credit to order again. Overall very satisfied with the quick delivery and resolving of problems.

False advertisement.

My friends and I ordered from the company together. We chose a time window and we all received texts from the company saying that the items were about to be picked up and delivered. They did not deliver during the promised time so we contacted them. Their response was that the delivery window was actually another day, which was a total lie. None of us saw the date when we submitted the order. FastAF promises 2 hour delivery and if it ships in 2 days it sounds like false advertisement. We all rescheduled out outdoor plans and waited at home for the delivery which did not happen. Please don’t blame your customer for your mistakes, it will kill your business.

Unreliable

The concept is really awesome but the unreliable delivery is really disappointing. I used FastAF to treat myself for my birthday and my friends used to app to send me some gifts and several of our orders were never delivered. After a lot of confusing back and forth with customer service 2/3 of the missing packages were redelivered but as of today I’m still missing one. FastAF would have been great for Christmas shopping but because of this experience I don’t think I’d be able to trust them with delivery, especially with high priced items. One of my friends said it’s confusingaf not this app.

Love it

Very clean and chic app, super quick delivery. There was a problem with delivery initially but it was the delivery partner’s fault. I contacted customer service and they were able to fix the problem right away. Just make sure to write very clear instructions on delivery note to have your items arrive correctly.

HOW?!🔥🔥🔥

Seriously, this is the dopest shopping experience. I say how because...THIS IS LITERALLY meant for me. All of my favorite favorite brands (and I’m picky) and essentials all dropped into one app. I usually have trust issues with new shopping platforms, but this right here is it. From the quality and aesthetics down to the delivery, I’m all here for it. Genius!!!

Order inconsistency

I really liked the notion of FastAF and what it solves for also the actual inventory. I recommended FastAF to a few friends. ALL of us had items missing when the order came which leads me to believe it wasn’t the delivery person but faulty software. The key to keep a delivery app running is to DELIVER the items request. It would’ve been fine if it were 100 of items but we all bought a bag of maybe 2-4 items and to even have one from the order missing is just plain bad customer service.

Obsessed

This is seriously the best thing ever invented. I use it to buy essentials and necessities for myself when I am running out of time or can’t make it to certain shops - it makes it easy to curate gifts, buy my favorite coffee, or get hard to nab items. Everything is always delivered on time. Love you, this app.

Reviews are all fake

FastAF is nicely made, but it has some problems. 1) I ordered 3 times already and they all got canceled, makes me not want to bother trying again. 2) the shirts and hoodies can go for around 80$. I don’t understand the prices on FastAF. 3) the reviews are fake I read through them and they all use the same phrases, just in a different order, not here to hate just trying to help. My main concern was the canceling of my orders, I usually don’t write reviews but this one really made me frustrated.

Amazing and convenient

Love the curated selection. It’s so perfect and convenient for day-of, last minute gifts whether it’s for a birthday, holiday, or gift for a host(ess) that don’t appear that you waited until last minute. FastAF is easy to navigate and most importantly, the customer service is exceptional.

I found FastAF through an influencer and now I’m hooked! Any question I’ve had, support has been very helpful, fast, and generous in their response. FastAF has a great curation of cool items and the delivery is really fast. The delivery people are also great!

paid for an item that later on become out of stock???

ordered and paid for a hypervolt yesterday. today, got a text that it was being prepared. only to get another text minutes later saying they were out of stock and i’ll be getting a refund. why have something listed on site as available when in reality there’s low stock or out of stock?? I paid for a hypervolt, one should have been reserved for me. if they base it off of delivery times then that’s stupid.

Nothing but positive thoughts on FastAF. Only used it once and it delivered. Hands down one of the better apps I’ve used. Everywhere was out of Binax test of OTCs and I was told about this app. They came in clutch. Thank you again and keep up with the great job.

Huge markups

FastAF wildly marks up the items (charges over 30% more on many items than what you’d pay ordering from the company directly) so even when you have a coupon like $20 off, you are still paying above market price! They started running a promo on apparel and immediately marked up all apparel! So any discount you feel like you’re getting is not a real discount. Save your money and time and just order directly from the brands you like.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

If customer service is important to you, get these awesome brand items somewhere else! this app screwed up my friend’s order (didn’t follow delivery instructions) and she didn’t get her item. We both contacted this app for help and all they said over and over was “we are not responsible because the item says it was delivered.” Over $50 in the toilet and 3 hours wasted. Please save your time and money - shop somewhere that will take care of you when they screw up.

Not worth the headache

I've given FastAF a few months of use, but I'm done. Most things are consistently sold out, prices are marked up, and customer service is poor. I received the wrong item and customer service would not allow me to return due to a "sale policy" and gaslit me over text. I don’t have time to deal with this sort of service and will take my business directly to the small companies featured on FastAF .

Everything is overpriced. Most things are out of stock. The app removes items from your cart if you switch apps. My order was canceled bc they received another order from someone in my massive apartment building. They charged me but never refunded me or delivered my order. CS is the worst I've encountered!
