How to fix Bartle app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bartle app on iPhone
Update Bartle app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bartle iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bartle on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bartle network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Bartle App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bartle » click [Force Stop]

Update Bartle to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bartle App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bartle » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bartle.

Fix Bartle unable to contact server/ Bartle internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bartle » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bartle » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
