Idk why but the app like glitched lit and exited out and when I clicked back in it says my profile can not be found, my boyfriend checked my account on his phone and it’s still there and running and his app works but mine won’t load in it says there’s a technical error

Hello, downloaded the app today and for some reason there is a glitch which means that every time I try to edit my profile it deletes my progress despite me saving so I'm stuck with the default profile. If this could be fixed I would greatly appreciate it.

How to fix Discz app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Discz app on iPhone
Update Discz app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Discz iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Discz on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Discz network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Discz Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Discz not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Discz App
1. On android, goto Settings » Discz » click [Force Stop]

Update Discz to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Discz App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Discz » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Discz.

Fix Discz unable to contact server/ Discz internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Discz » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Discz » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Discz
