Took the company three entire days to reply for my message. Each and every day they write ‘write us tomorrow, we work 8 am to 6 pm’, even if you write them at 8 am. Cheery on top is you have to remind them, they don’t note your problem and put you on the queue. It’s your problem in the first place, they think. Just imagine a level of competence they have if their support channel works that bad.
Was my problem solved? No.
I will never recommend their services, because if you will happen to be in need of their support, it would probably be the worst experience you will have.

В начале пишет приложение, что переадресация в другой поштомат стоит 0грн, а в конце к оплате 20 грн и отменить оплату в колл центре уже «не могут».
В вашу «поодержку» обращался, итог нулевой. Крайне не рекомендую!!!

Прежде, чем убивать как-то работающее приложение стоило новое доделать. При попытке авторизации с номером телефона пароли не подходят, восстановить пароль не могу, так как «нету пользователя». СМС присылаете по международным посылкам на тот номер, в предыдущем приложении управлял и создавал отправления с тем же номером...

Застосунок не відображає статусів як то, передано курєру, надійшла у сортувальний центр та ін. Не синхронізується із поштоматами. Мій кейс - у застосунку вибоав опцію отримання посилки, отримав СМС, ввів у застосунку. Поштомат не відкився, посилку не зміг отримати, у застосунку статус змінився на «отримана». Після 40 хвилин розмов з гарячою лінією - виявилося, що поштомат не підключений до розетки. Це навіть не сиішо - це сорлм, сум і безвихідь. Сподіваюсь, що хоча б хтось зважає на відгуки, якщо є бажання ще залишатися на ринку.
