What is the purpose of MyKubota when one cannot used the features it is designed for?

MyKubota is a dud. A nonstarter. Downloaded app and it would even let me add my equipment info nor my dealer info. Bad app and a waste of time. Very happy with my tractor.

I’d give zero stars if I could!

Construction, tractors, mowers, and utility vehicles are the only things available on MyKubota. Good idea, but kubota has some work to do.

I can’t add my 2021 KX040-4, nor my 2022 SVL97-2. Doesn’t work with barcode scanning or manual entering.
Those are brand new machines directly off Kubota. Really disappointed a canadian customer.

The only thing MyKubota does is give me an electronic version of the owners manual for my tractor. Nothing else. There are no guides available for diy maintenance; no implements; no parts lists; there isn’t anything.

I would like to be able to add my implements and have those manuals available too. There needs to be guides available when you click the guides tab. A link to order parts from a detailed parts list would be nice.

I downloaded MyKubota and created an account profile.
I am unable to add my new tractor to my equipment.
The serial plate has no QR code so I attempted to enter it manually. My serial number is 17 characters. It will only accept 10 characters then is unresponsive. What gives with that?

Only the tractor manual. No Kubota or Land Pride implements. Can’t look up parts, pricing or local inventory. Not worth the time.

I cannot get my telematics to work on my app and can’t figure out anybody that can help me very frustrating

Great app, but in an attempt to manage my fleet, units added to my equipment list cannot be removed to reduce clutter and list length. Hopefully this can be added soon!

I was able to add almost all of attachments. The snow blower (Model B2782B) can’t be found. What’s really missing in MyKubota is the ability to log maintenance. This is what I’d really like to see. Access to manuals is nice, needs a complete database of Kubota/Land Pride equipment.

I just heard about MyKubota today and downloaded it. I have it on my android phone and my ipad. My ipad has a bluetooth keyboard and stand-up case. But MyKubota uses only the middle 1/3 of the ipad screen so it looks like a phone. Why not support an ipad properly? I rotated the ipad and it fills the screen, but that makes the keyboard just a bit awkward to use. It’s not that hard to do. DO IT.

Tractor manuals are good. But, I want the implement manuals available also.

I can’t find a function to add and track service history. That would be very helpful.

Thanks for adding the attachments to MyKubota but when are the Kubota attachments going to be added to MyKubota . I have a Kubota backhoe, belly more, front end loader, bucket and pallet forks all Kubota brand and would love to have those manuals in MyKubota . I’ve put in model number and serial number for the ones I need in my profile in MyKubota but they are not found.

I’m not a fan of apps but I can’t lie this one is amazing. It has a manual that is free and that’s a life saver.

Works great. All my equipment is listed and I can download PDFs of my manuals right to my phone. I have terrible service at my place so having the offline manuals really help. Thanks!

They fixed it and I was able to add my tractor. It’s really nice to have the manual on my phone - it’s a handy app.

This would be a great app if I could add my L2501, but it won’t read the barcode and I can’t manually enter the digits of the pin because it won’t allow alpha characters, only numbers.
