Refuses to Deliver Prejudice

I have used this app for months to have a CBD delivered to me for chronic pain. Today I was advised I violated their terms & conditions & they refuse to deliver anything to me. They knew what was being delivered. It was on the order. They said they r against CBD & refuses & r prejudice against anyone that uses it. They allowed it for months. It was not a secret. I even spoke to them about it. These r people that r prejudice against people that use legal alternative medicine for pain. They will deliver Fentanyl though. A friend has a prescription & they deliver it every week.
No idea what’s going on here

I needed something picked up urgently or I’d lose several hundred dollars so found this app, filled everything out to book a pickup, paid them something like $130 and then they said I need to call or email to book. Fine, so I called and it sounds like someone’s regular phone number and says “voicemail not set up” or such, so I emailed and nobody has responded. I’ve also emailed support for a refund with no response. Hate to throw the word scam around but…?
Update: I did receive a support response after leaving this review (which they asked me to take down - icky).
They said I wasn’t charged, but on my end I certainly was.
The phone number is still dead, as above.
These people have provided me no value, only hassle.
Needs Time Zone Selection

I came across this app and it seemed like an amazing way to be able to get emergency errands done for loved ones in another state. However, the pick up times are based off user’s time zone vs the drop off address. In my situation, the stores would already close if they waited an hour to pick up the items when for example 10pm my time would be 9pm their time. The app won’t let you select a time that already passed in your time zone.
Maybe add time zone selection or have the app go by the drop off address for time zone.
