ZeusOrdering is the worst. You should go to google to search for a part number. Then search that number in Zeus. Then go back to google and see if the number of the part they show you is what you really want. Sometimes it shows out of stock and the replacement for a defrost heater is some wheels. Sometimes it just cancels your order and doesn’t tell you it out of stock. I have attended several of there meetings. They claim they have nothing to do with ZeusOrdering , that all the suppliers have messed up. Why is it an app if I still have to email the supplier to get the part? Som

After ordering, I must wait until they send a request to approve my order. But why? Also, many parts don’t have pictures, so if they have a replacement part, it’s a gamble on whether or not it’s the right part to order. SDI reps make it more complicated, addressing parts to themselves and escalating everything, causing a 2 week process for ordering parts. I would not recommend ZeusOrdering or system to anyone.

A lot of orders disappear off of ZeusOrdering . It crashes all the time. It will place your order and a couple days later when you go to look up it has canceled it… not very user friendly at all…

I wrote better programs on Basic,Pascal, Clarion & Cobol in the late80’s than ZeusOrdering. This continues to digress as time continues. Need an emergency order & tap the button? Don’t bother. You’re better off calling the mfgr, get the part number & order directly from your supplier (as it should be!) Garbage

Constantly having issues with ZeusOrdering. The support side is full of phone answerers who really have no clue what you are needing or anything about the equipment. It’s like pulling teeth to have parts added to the catalog. So much of the process lies in the hands of the suppliers who do not bow down to the almighty Zeus like they wish they would. Just stick with ordering parts from the manufacturer directly. Divorced again!!

ZeusOrdering is a waste of time and money. The concept is solid but ZeusOrdering is using outdated technology, is super unstable, and does not function half the time. I have to uninstall and reinstall ZeusOrdering multiple times a week just to be able to login, orders are often duplicated or don’t go through, pictures on Non-Cat orders never seem to attach, and ZeusOrdering crashes constantly. The search function is a joke, reminiscent of early 2000’s search engines. ZeusOrdering wastes hours of my time every week and I hate it.

From someone that uses ZeusOrdering weekly, it is absolute TRASH. Overly complicated for no reason at all. Zero accurate pictures of parts and pieces. Not user friendly whatsoever.

ZeusOrdering has terrible description on parts, no pictures no descriptions and search not working properly. They need to be improved a lot.

Many errors. Order quantity gets changed half of the time. Half the time the search engine doesn’t show the item your looking for until the 3rd or 4th time you submit the same exact key words

ZeusOrdering is garbage. It’s slow to load, the search function is useless. Even when you type the correct part number in the search, the results are way wrong- you need to hit the search button several times to get the correct results. Frustrating.

Very hard to find most anything you are looking for. Most part numbers you use will pull up anything but the part you are looking for. And on the off chance it does. Don’t trust the picture if there is one. Sometimes it’s not the correct picture.

Type in mart cart and get faucets, type in ballast and get vacuum fan motor, actually happened. Blows my mind every time I use this horrible app how much time I waste. This is no google search. And if you want pictures to alleviate worries of wrong parts, forget about it. 90 percent have none. ZeusOrdering is the worst app I have ever used. I would give zero stars if possible. It gets a capital F.

This program got worse with the new update. The stuff we have been ordering before just vanished from the results. The support on the phone was of no help.

I’ve been using the Zeus catalog for a few years now with little issues but it would be nice if we could copy from it to paste elsewhere like in the Zeus Management app for taking parts inventory.

ZeusOrdering has had some growing pains but with its great support team it is making leaps and bounds to in prove itself. ZeusOrdering works well but still has some areas in need of improvement.
