Why is there an activation link required after I just reset my password word through email? I literally just already clicked a link in my email to get to that state, why do it again?

And then it takes you to the web browser, not Earthbar so you then have to copy and reenter credentials on Earthbar

Using Earthbar is necessary because the web app couldn’t even do a search to find my location

With all of the low ratings how is the current rating of Earthbar at 4.8

UI is mediocre, loyalty program doesn’t always work, and it’s just not easy / intuitive to use.

We realize there are other Apps to use to get your product, but why come out with something subpar and actively market it. Fix your app

Never get the email confirmation in the sign up process.

It took forever to fill out an order.

App made me delete my payment method and then would not allow me to add one. :( App is useless if you can’t place an order.

No Apple Pay takes forever to sign up. Shouldn’t be this painful

Says you get a promo when you use Earthbar - doesn't work. Doesn't properly track points. No Apple pay. Better off just ordering in store.

What’s the point of having an app if you have to resign in every time you want to order?? Also would be nice if you had the nutritional value listed.

Whenever ordering in person, the cashier is NEVER able to accept the barcode. Not sure if it’s an issue w Earthbar or with Equinox… regardless it’s a crappy experience.

You can never ever order delivery. When u enter address it asks u over and over again for valid address and when u it does take it, it switches to pick up order. This is regular occurrence not once

App doesn't let me create an account with "prefer not to say" as my gender, even though it's a listed option. Doesn't work with Apple Pay, and account sign up doesn't auto fill my credit card info.

I ordered my smoothie 10 min ahead of time on 5/23 and my smoothie was suppose to be ready at 3:39 and when I walked in exactly at 3:39 she was barley putting everything in the blender and it was dead inside I was the only one there. But thanks for making me late to work now definitely won’t be back anytime I’m on my way somewhere

Pretty weak app. Limited functionality, no Wallet loyalty card export, difficult notification management, no way to see locations.

This is one of those “21 questions” style user interface. In order to purchase the same smoothie that I get at the same store on a regular basis, I have to go through five or six screens every single time. There should be a way to expedite the process.

Since this is a health app I would like to see nutritional facts for each shake. Ie - amount of protein, calorie count, amount of sugar
