I couldn't register my vehicle because the property couldn't be selected, and my car was towed from in front of my house. I had to pay $202 to get my car back. I'm trying to reach an official, but no one is available. Later, I learned that I needed to turn off the location information to find the property. In 2024, while all applications ask us to turn on location information, this application requires us to turn it off. They have found a way to make easy money.
SmartParking has not work for me for the past few months. Screen goes blank or white. Brought it up to the leasing office. Still has issues. I was told that that apartment complex that I am at is currently not towing. I can only hope this is true as SmartParking is not reliable
Can’t search any properties
This is absolutely the worst app! If I could give it a half star, I would have!
Once you try to select properties, SmartParking closes. Please fix

SmartParking is completely one hundred percent useless. One glitch after another.
Will not let me select property. Completely uselesss app. I wish there was an actual app that works to open the gate. Or to request guest parking.
I have a smaller size iPhone and SmartParking text crowded and overwrote itself. When I went to fill out my information (as required by my apartment building so I do not get towed), I was unable to fill in my apartment number. Without the apartment number, I was unable to register with SmartParking .
Had to register on iPad instead.
SmartParking is used to track me& though I have background refresh off it’s on in SmartParking. I’m a traveling nurse & between the tracking Device found on my car and this it’s designed by police or something. You can’t Eve delete SmartParking ! I am a traveling nurse
Very disappointing app. Completely glitches & fails to allow you to request parking permit. It’s almost as if they want your car to be towed. If I’m requesting my parking permit I expect SmartParking to work as instructed. However, it either does not find the properties or freezes on the page once you click request permit. In short setting people up for failure will be bringing this up to the leasing office.
TowCentric ought to tell you all you need to know about SmartParking and company. They would much rather tow you and collect the fee for that than make it easy for you to pay to park and boy does it show. App is completely impenetrable. You must know the exact name of the property you’re trying to park at (it won’t helpfully show you a list of the nearby properties and partial match is iffy at best). It also does not send you any kind of reminder when you’re parking is expiring/expired. Plus it requires you to re-enter your license plate number to pull your vehicle details every time. The property I was renting required me to use SmartParking to renew my visitor pass every 24 hours and it was a painful experience. It wouldn’t let me renew early and did not remind me when it was expiring. As a consequence the renewal time kept getting later and later at night until I was having to set an alarm at 2 AM to remind me to get up and renew my parking. They REALLY wanted an excuse to tow my rental car. And this was in a parking garage where maybe 30% of the spots were occupied.

When registering vehicle, any selection field(color, make, term) will black out the entire entry form. Not working properly.
Keep crashing when trying to register. Useless at all
SmartParking is horrible, it glitches all the time and it ends up in getting your car towed.
SmartParking now will only let me park for 4 days and not 30 days like it use to let me do.
This is app is terrible. Easy way for property and tow truck drivers to make money despite computer error/glitch. I cant even reset my password to access my pending/active permits. This has caused my car to get towed and the scamming tow truck company wont recognize SmartParking error. FIX SmartParking !!!
SmartParking has no way to register!!!
Some issues like being unable to remotely request permissions for parking plague SmartParking (if you are further than 1 mile from a property you can’t select it).
Otherwise, usable and does what it intends.
