Issue scheduling

So our Apollo Beach Florida location doesn’t use iHomeTeam . They said you have to call in and iHomeTeam isn’t supported.
That’s a little frustrating since I was able to log in and ‘schedule’ service in iHomeTeam . I only found issues when I never got a cal back.
I would advise building in a system if they don’t use to app to say it in there.
Someone needs to hire an app developer

I just downloaded it. I signed up with my phone number and email (don’t have the account number). It got me all registered and sent me an email confirmation.
I tried to log into iHomeTeam and it needs the account number which I don’t have and the email didn’t include it.
The mail said if I had questions to respond. Turns out it was sent from an email address that can’t accept input.
Guys - hire someone who knows what they are doing. This is the face of your business.
