MyMedBot would not let me put in none of my emails. And when one of them finally worked it told me it would send a verification code to my email, and it never sensed. I looked in my spam emails, and in my inbox. No wonder MyMedBot is a 3 star. Unacceptable

New update (noticed it this morning) has more steps to answer the same questions and they REMOVED the date and time in which the form was completed which defeats the purpose. Bad design, go back to previous version.

Unfortunatelly MyMedBot is not sending any invitation code to my email. I checked all possible mailboxes including junk. Useless.

I just got MyMedBot and when I entered in my email and clicked ok I did NOT receive a single email! I waited a long time and got nothing. I even re-entered my email many times but I didn’t get an email. MyMedBot is broken and I cannot use it for that reason.

This is a Luxembourg-based company (not incorporated in the US). If you have a dispute over how they use your data, you have to go to Luxembourg, according to their agreement. So why is my school asking students to share health info with them???

The notifications are never ending. In an hour I received 7. There’s no way to change the frequency or anything. It’s just obscene. The organization shouldn’t be able to control the notifications on my phone.

Disappointed with the new very light colors on white background makes it harder to read and strains my eyes. Then add increased font size with scrolling. The format design and layout previously was so much better and made it easy to use early mornings when this is being submitted. Our school drop off we need to show the green accepted app page and they all have a hard time seeing it and come close to the car to view it. Before it was easy to see the green off of the blue background. So much for social distancing.

I want to go back two versions to when all the Yes and No responses were in the same exact spots and I actually GOT NOTIFICATIONS. I have to do this by a certain time each day and although I allow all notifications on my phone, I get no more reminders. Please fix!

Simple layout, easy in the eyes and responsive. Reminders are helpful when my day gets going and I have forgotten.

This is a fine app. I sent the developers a question via their website. The CEO called me back a week later (would be 5 stars if sooner, but how often do you get a call? I’d give 4.5 stars if possible). Note to users with kids in multiple schools: make sure all schools use the same email address for all your kids to show up in MyMedBot . I learned that the hard way :-).

Easy enough to use from a student’s perspective. It works well for my school.
I’m not a huge fan of the new update which makes the buttons smaller. Also the new “completed” alert is much worse. In my school, we often use the completed form screen to show faculty that we’ve done the form from a distance. Now that the completed screen is smaller, it makes it harder to see the green from a distance. I’d prefer the old screen instead.

Latest updates improve font size and speed of submitting answers. Makes the quick daily task more manageable.

This application has been invaluable for our school. It is easy to use and the questions are easily tailored to our community and can be updated. MyMedBot is reliable and has not had any errors/tech issues in the two months we have been using it. I would highly recommend this app based on cost, usability and ease of implementation.
