Service was supposed to start at 3 pm. The driver was at the door at 2 pm while I was at work. The visit was canceled. Customer service: “There is nothing we can do; we can’t arrange to deliver service when the customer is home.” I ended up paying for a service that I didn’t receive, and no attempts to make up for the lost visit or any effort to make the customer satisfied. They don’t care.

They are not professional housekeepers they want just sitting and eat and sleep they are not fallowing the instructions at all and rude don’t do any contract because if you will cancel you will not have your money back
