Can you guys finish QA on your app before you send out a push email asking for phone numbers? I’ve tried 3 separate times to submit my phone number to earn rewards. The first submission apparently didn’t work at all. The second, once it submitted I was asked to verify my number (with no way to do so). The third, after submission it said it would send me a text to verify. I never received a text. And the “resend now” button at the top of my profile doesn’t work. I swear every time they do a new marketing tactic I won’t even try, but every time I just hope they’ve figured out the issues on this really simple app. And every time it’s clear they haven’t.

My building recently started using Fooda for break times. I downloaded the app, created an account, entered my card info etc. All I can do is see menus. It won’t let me actually order food. I reached out to support/customer service and they were extremely unhelpful. What’s the purpose of having this service if I can’t order food and pay for it thru the app? I’m not wasting 20 minutes of break to stand in a long line for food. And having an incompetent and unhelpful support team that can’t listen & just sends a prewritten response that doesn’t address the issue is beyond ridiculous.

Most of the restaurants selected by Fooda specialize in “heart-attack-on-a-plate” cuisine, such as barbecue and hot dogs. I think that Fooda is classifying Mexican as health food. Additionally, aside from salad, there are nearly no vegetarian options, such as vegetable based soups. Surely, I am not the only vegetarian in the company. As for the salad option, while priced as an entree, the actual size is that of a small side and the only vegetarian proteins are chickpeas, egg and cheese, the latter of which are hardly healthy on a daily basis. How about some black beans or tofu? And how about giving a reasonable sized product commensurate with the price?
